My 9 years’ experience in the field of HVAC (CHW Systems, District Cooling System, Split Ducted / DX Systems), Plumbing & Fire Protection Engineering (EPC), the ability to interface effectively with facility planning, technical services, facility operation, engineering and construction contractors. Learned to deal efficiently with all the problems that are created on sites & I have Working knowledge of applicable standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, UPC & NFPA code as applied to HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection System and Testing & Commission as per ASHRAE, AABC, NEBB & NFPA.
Having over 9 Years Work Experience in Middle East and in India in Supervision, Execution, and Testing & Commissioning of following services.
(A) HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning):-
Experienced in Central Plant, Package unit and Split Air-conditioning unit installation works, also comprising planning, scheduling, Co-coordinating with main Clients, Sub-contractors, interacting with consultants. Heat Load Estimation (HAP-Carrier), Equipment selection, Duct Design & Sizing (ASHRAE, BS, & SMACNA ), CHW Pipe Design & Sizing (BS, ASHRAE), ESP Calculation, Pump Head Calculation, Workshop Drawing & Material Submittal preparation, Materials & Fittings take off and Execution of Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Air Handling Unit, Fan Coil Units, Ventilation Fans, Air Curtains, Package Unit, Chillers, CHW Pumps, BMS Control and Control Valves etc.
(B) Plumbing (Water Supply, Drainage and Storm water):-
Workshop Drawing and material submittal Preparation, Pump Head calculations, Pump, water Heater and sanitary items selection, loading Unit Calculations & Pipe Sizing, Materials, Fittings and Valves quantity take off and Execution of Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Water supply Pipeline, Drainage Pipe Line, Storm Water Pipeline, Water Tank, Water Heater, Booster Pump, Transfer Pump, Sump Pump and controls etc.
•Fire Protection & Detection System (Sprinkler & Nozzle System, Hose reel and Clean Agents ):-
Workshop Drawing Preparation, Pump Head calculation, Materials, Fittings & Valves quantity take off, Execution of Installation, Testing & Commissioning of GI Pipeline, Sprinkler, Hose reel, Dry Risers, Wet Risers, Foam System, Halogenated Extinguishing Agent Systems & Fire Pumps (Diesel Pump, Jockey Pump & Electric motor Pump).
•Non Destructive Testing LEVEl II:-Non-destructive testing to examine physical properties of
Materials to find corrosion, cracks & other imperfections
Responsible for preliminary engineering to detail designs, to construction, and the final and safe turnover to Proponent.
•Study of Contract, SOW & Technical Requirements of the project.
•Coordination with the Designer.
