I am working for this organization since November 2021 as an HSE Officer in their South Kuwait Excavation Transportation and Remediation Project under Kuwait Oil Company. This project is under UNDP. I am assisting my HSE Manager in developing of different types plans such as HSE Plan, Traffic Management Plan, Waste Management Plan, Fire Prevention and Protection Plan and Welfare Management Plan. I am also preparing different daily, weekly and monthly reports for the client and for our organization. Participating in weekly HSE meetings and Weekly Construction meetings. Preparing Minutes of Meeting and Safety Moment for the meeting. Coordinating with site safety personnel related to site issues. Carrying out training for the employees and workers also carrying out equipment inspection.

Plan & Execute Environment, Health & Safety for the Team
* Preparation and implementation of Local programs /
policy as per Country / Project within the area of industrial
safety, health and the environment.
* Conducting internal audits to ensure all operations are
executed within the set HSE objectives.
* Investigation & root causes analysis of all Accidents,
Incidents, Near Misses, Occupational injuries diseases,
subsequent action plan to mitigate the same.
* Preparing and implementation of Risk assessment.
* Excellent experience in PTW & JSAs.
