I worked on Diabetes and Stroke, there I explored the clinical usefulness of exosomal microRNA expression isolated from urine and serum as well as microRNA expression in WBCs, Genotyping of several SNPs associated with disease by taqman assay, high throughput sample preparation for sequencing, sequence data analysis by SVS software. I worked on GCKR gene expression in Zebra fish model to explore the role of GCKR gene in pathogenesis of diabetes.
