• Maintaining ISO 9001-2008, SASO & UKCARES documents.
• Ensuring the technical work is carried out by sufficiently trained and authorized staff.
• Ensuring the effective control and operation of all test activities carried out with in the laboratories.
• Ensuring that only specified and approved test methods are used.
• Ensuring that SASO, ISO & UKCARES technical requirements are met.
• Ensuring that the suitable work areas, environmental conditions and housekeeping in the laboratory are conducive to the proper performance of laboratory activities.
• Ensuring all the results are accurately reported.
• Management of non-conforming work, including halting of work and with holding of test reports.
• Taking corrective action when technical operations found non-conforming to QMSP and resumption of work after corrective action.
• Facilitating internal and external quality audits of the respective departments.
• To assist MR in determining the impacts from the determined aspect.
• To train employees in accordance with training plan.
• To propose appropriate steps for enhancing workman ship quality.
• To work for the maintaining certificates of ISO-9001-2008, SASO and UKCARES.
• 26 years’ experience analytical assessment conduct spectral analysis of Raw materials, Pig Iron, low alloy Steel, Hi-alloy steel and Non-ferrous materials.
• Working on Tensile Testing Machines, Hardness testers, Cupping Machines and Impact Tester.
