Design review of site supervision and quality assurance & Quality Control during stages of construction project. All structural and Architectural works according Municipality Approved drawings, Specification, standards, and code of practice and quality control system documents. Prepare and estimate detailed original contract, change orders, amendments and all additional claims. Basic planning, scheduling and sub-contractor management. Dealing with municipality engineer’s consultants and sub-contractor’s following the project from Demarcation to the handing over.
