10.Communicate all planned and unplanned activities(RCA and Troubleshooting detail)
11.Documentation of daily network related reports like daily bandwidth utilization, Monitor maximum number of users on Each BTS and RF values for all customer connected with BTS
12.To oversee end to end network performance and maintain agreed level of services quality as per business objectives driven by all Key point indicators(KPI), SLAs
13.Testing and recommendation of new CPE(Wimax)
14.Maintenance and monitoring/Troubleshooting of LAN/WAN connectivity in regional office
15.Highlight the network visibility issues and work in coordination with vendor and ensure timely resolution
16.Deployment of all Microwave link of 15G, 23G, 26G and there maintenance
17.Weekly performance report sending to RTM having all Fops and NOC activity performance data
18.o establish a triggered relation with customer care team in case of any network error or if need any optimization
