Preparing Letters, Transmittals, Job Site Instructions, and Request for Information, Memo’s and Minutes of Meetings etc. related to the project requirements.
Receiving and forwarding all the correspondence, including documents.
Distribution and disposal of records.
Updating file records in computer and filing cabinets.
Updating information regarding incoming and outgoing documents.
Updating progress reports according to the status of the Year.
Attending telephone calls, facsimile of fax transmittals and Internet email usage.
Coordinating with the planning engineer in the preparation of reports like monthly & weekly reports.
Preparing the submittal status schedule.
Following the documents & drawings which have been delayed in submission & resubmission.
Booking shipments, tracking them & making sure that they are delivered before dead line.
Issuing P.R & P.O as per site requirements.
