•General Management: Deploys for emergencies and sets up logistic structures for the ICRC and SRCS, Implementing new projects including staff training, and assumes field trips and replaces logistic functions. Executes customs procedures and supervises the customs agent team, and handles tax exemption requests to Ministry of Foreign Affairs independently. Conducts surveys and analysis of logistic, as well as market issues on request. Scheduling work and routes to meet fluctuations in staffing levels and workloads. •Order Management Responsibilities: Responsible for the overseeing of the entire procurement process including clients’ services, purchasing, transportation and warehousing, to ensure smooth functioning of the SCM process. Validates ROs, identifies supply sources and overlooks supplier's selection process. Ensures that ROs are processed and dispatched to the customer in best possible period. Investigates monitors and makes recommendations for delayed SCM processes. Monitors the updating and closing of Requisition Orders and Purchase Orders files to full audit standards, including archiving and maintains and updates Requisition Order database.

•Procurement Responsibilities: Follows procurement procedures and ensures correct purchasing procedures especially financial limits and Code of Conducts. Submits various offers to logistics department, administration and maintains relations with interlocutors. Provide logistical input and technical advice for the allocation process and ensures that highest ethical standards are applied at all times. Selecting suppliers and carries out prospecting market to identify new suppliers.
• Import and Export Responsibilities: Handles ICRC goods transit, import/export and clearance. Executes customs procedures and supervises the customs agent team, and handles tax exemption requests to Ministry of Foreign Affairs independently. Regularly collects and updates information regarding the customs regulations and liaise the information with relevant departments. Prepares and proceeds with documents for customs clearance and manage all documents filling related to the unit and archives them.

•Transport Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the transportation unit. Hires, trains, and supervises employees and manages scheduling of shipments: Ensure customer goods move from order through the supply chain to the end user. Supervise air and Sea freight forwarding, road and rail transportation. Establish quality transportation services and develop partnerships with outside carriers in shipping. Manage performance employees with emphasis on productivity, efficiency, and service delivery. Lead all transportation planning and strategic activities.
• Warehouse and Dispatch Responsibilities: Supervise and organize the reception and inspection of incoming goods, and stock management, loading and shipping of commodities and perform Quality control and Inventory. Supervise and organize the dispatch incoming and outgoing, manage the dispatch staff and hires daily workers according to needs and ensure the security and the order in the dispatch. Liaise with Air Operations and transport companies for dispatch planning.

• HR Responsibilities: Recruit, interview, select, train, motivate, and coach new staff. Instructing the head of units of the daily duties. Planning approving staff leaves. Designs and implement the staff development and training programs. Conducting yearly or Ad Hoc appraisals of the staff and responsible for update of their job descriptions.
