Fujairah Main Oil Terminal Fire water ring replacement Project:
EPC contractor to execute the replacement of fire water ring at Fujairah main oil terminal project, which encompasses detailed engineering, procurement, construction, pre commissioning & provision of assistance & supervision during start up and commissioning for the completed facilities.

Optimum shah Gas expansion project covers the expansion and upgrade of existing Shah gas plant. The EPC contract includes the engineering, supply of materials, construction and commissioning services. The Shah gas plant is the largest sour gas plant in the world. The expansion is designed to increase the gas treatment daily capacity.

Projects:
Al Zour LNG Import Terminal Project: The Project includes the construction of Re Gasification Facility, Eight LNG Storage Tanks with a capacity of 225, 000m3 each & Marine facilities, including two marine jetties & berthing facilities for loading. The Project will also include other components, such as 14 High Pressure (HP) Pumps, boil-off gas (BOG) & Flare facilities.
The facility is expected to produce approximately 22 million metric tons (MMt) of NATURAL Gas a year and will have a storage capacity of 1.8 million cubic meters of LNG. The liquefaction capacity of the terminal will be 30 billion cubic meters per day.
Hyundai E&C was responsible for providing the design and construction of the LNG storage tanks and performing civil works for the construction of marine facilities.
Responsibility:
Responsible for Supervising all Above Ground & Under Ground Piping and Equipment’s Installation (Static & Rotating). CS, GRE, GRVE, GRP, SS, Galvanize Pipeline Network for the Facilities Process & Utility Pipeline, Steam & Instrument Air.
• Preparing MTO (Material take off order), MCN (Material Collecting Notes), BOM (Bill of Materials) to achieve an efficient and economic completion of the project within planned time and budget.
• Daily Monitoring of equipment installation, fabrication and erection of above and underground ground piping & equimpent and ensuring that the all the progress is achieved as per the set targets and planned activities.
• Supervising Site Execution team to organize and manage all available resources and field activities.
• Prepare all installation documents for all mechanical equipment’s & Piping, Prepare / Review method statement, TSA/RA for Equipment, piping Installation and other Construction related activities.
• Provide support projects and maintain accuracy in all piping project and ensure compliance to all piping material specifications /Equipment specification and maintain record on all orders.
• Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site and in-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.
• Collaborate with team of designers to complete all mechanical equipment & piping installations, Work closely with planning & Project team to update the installation schedules.
• Monitor Subcontractors work progress regularly.
• Analysis for additional works/ Modification Works.

Al Zour Refinery Package 5: The EPC Project, is in charge of the Engineering, the Procurement, Construction & Precommissioning of the Package-5, consisting in the Installation of a complete Marine export terminal facility (MTF) for transfer and exporting of solid and liquid products into bulk carriers and tankers.

Responsibility:

Maintenance of Rotary Machinery like Turbo-Expander compressor, Pumps, Reciprocating / screw Compressors, Fin Fan Coolers, Stationary Equipment’s like Heat Exchangers, Pressures Vessels, Storage Tanks, Separators, Furnace & Columns. Maintenance & Re-installation of Valves, Pipe,
Spool & Pipeline Work, Hydro jetting, Hydro testing, Torqueing, Blinding, Spading- De spading & Industrial Cleaning etc.
• Supervise shutdown / overhaul maintenance planning activities. This includes receiving and reviewing shutdown/overhaul work lists from Operations and Technical Services or maintenance personnel, consolidating these into one plan.
• Contacts with Maintenance personnel to inform them of work required for next day to provide copies of program and to confirm details of arrangements for tools, equipment and materials.
• Coordinates maintenance programs with user units to determine relative priorities and on-time completion of work in critical operating facilities with available work force
• To ensure all maintenance work-forces are comply with planning compliance in order to maintain excellent KPI and in-line with Strategic Planning, Company’s Maintenance Policies and Procedures & HSE.
• Executes the actual work during a T&I period, coordinates activities of assigned craftsmen and such other personnel as are assigned (night shift coordination, etc.) to assist in the execution of the work.

Building and civil Construction, Building & Road Servicing, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, GRP Pipeline Water Networking.
• Supervising the construction activities including setting goals and objectives, project development work planning and organization.
• Responsible for ensuring the quality of material and workmanship so as to satisfy that work should be completed with given standards.
• Daily Monitoring of equipment installation, fabrication and erection of above and underground ground piping and ensuring that the all the progress is achieved as per the set targets and planned activities.
• Excavation, Dewatering, Backfilling and Compaction Earth works for the installation of GRP Pipeline.

Yanbu 2 Power and Water Project for Marafiq. This is phase 2 Expansion MED Sea Water Desalination Plant, involved installation of multiple effect distillation (MED), Desalination unit capable of producing 15 Million imperial gallons per day (MIGD)/ 68, 190M3 Per Day.

• The project was carried out in conjunction with an associated power project which involved installation of 3 power generator units with a combined output of 690 MW at the Yanbu Power & Desalination Plant.
• The plant formerly incorporates a hybrid configuration comprising of nine multistage flash distillations (MSF) Units and two reverse osmosis (RO) Plants. The MSF units produce steam using heat recovered from gas turbine power generators for the distillation process. The steam is considered into fresh water.
• Ancillary equipment for the plant includes 3 portable water storage tanks and 3 process water tanks, capacity 40, 000 m3 each.
• The feed water for Desalination plant is sourced from Red Sea. The expansion project also includes construction and improvements to the Marine, Sea Water Network and fuel facilities along with installation of MED Facilities. The new ancillary facilities constructed as part of the expansion project included a seawater intake facility and associated pumping station, access tunnel, seawater discharge channel and outfall, control building, electrical building, chlorination plant and pump house, workshop and associated utilities. New roads and fencing works were also set up.
• The Marine facilities scope includes a seawater intake facility and associated pumping station, pressurized seawater culverts and seawater outfall.
• The Marine Facilities scope includes for associated local utility distribution system, C& I Systems, buildings and another infrastructure required supporting the Marine Facilities.
• The Sea Water Pooling Pipeline Network scope comprises Supply and Return seawater cooling pipelines to and from Yanbu industrial city II together with a spare (supply/ return) pipeline. This pipeline will reach approximately 6 km in length and will run in the Royal Commission corridor. The scope includes for the user distribution to confirmed consumers in Yanbu industrial city II.
Responsible for all piping and equipment installation for steam turbine generator and Seawater Cooling Pipeline-Networking and Facilities package which includes installation of CS, GRP, PVC, CPVC pipes, Control Oil Pumps, Gas Turbine, Fin Fan Cooler, Exhaust Frame Blower, Exhaust Stack, Air Blower, Sea water intake GRP pipes, Motor Operating Butterfly Valves, Pressure Release Valves, Gate Valves, Control Valves, Hydrostatic pressure line testing, Perform Commissioning & pre- commissioning work of valves, U/G & A/G Pipeline, EOT Crane etc., Borehole drilling for water monitoring wells, Installation of Fenders, Bollards, Steel structures etc.
• Responsible for the day to day construction activities and to ensure that safe working of personnel, equipment and good housekeeping are being done.
• Planned and monitored daily resource schedules and deployed accordingly to ensure adequate resource levels that support operational demands and business objectives.
• Daily Monitoring of equipment installation, fabrication and erection of above and underground ground piping and ensuring that the all the progress is achieved as per the set targets and planned activities.
• Prepare bill of quantity and material requisitions in accordance with contractual specifications.
• Co-ordination with QA/QC for construction and completed activity for inspection.
• Conducting Tool box site meeting to improve the work progress and preparing daily progress report.
• Assisting the commissioning team to ensure all work complies with specified requirements and to monitor implementation of the controls as required.

Major overhaul and scheduled Preventive Maintenance & Shutdown Project in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas Plant. Maintenance of Rotary Machinery like Gas/Diesel Engines, Turbo-Expander compressor, Pumps, Reciprocating / screw Compressors, Fin Fan Coolers, Stationary Equipment’s like Heat Exchangers, Pressures Vessels, Storage Tanks, Separators, Valves etc., including Piping & Pipeline Work, Hydro jetting & Vacuum Truck Services.
• Supervise shutdown / overhaul maintenance planning activities. This includes receiving and reviewing shutdown/overhaul work lists from Operations and Technical Services or maintenance personnel, consolidating these into one plan.
• Contacts with Maintenance personnel to inform them of work required for next day to provide copies of program and to confirm details of arrangements for tools, equipment and materials.
• Coordinates maintenance programs with user units to determine relative priorities and on-time completion of work in critical operating facilities with available work force

• The project scope involves installation of additional gas processing facilities at Habshan to process additional associated gas produced by ADCO through their 1.4 MBOPD crude oil expansion projects at Bab and Buhasa and to introduce operational flexibility between Buhasa and Habshan.
• The project scope also includes installation of Acid Gas Enrichment Unit (AGEU) for processing acid gas from OGD-III facilities as well as installation of two additional Sulphur recoveries Units (SRU).
• Monitor the construction progress from all aspects to ensure performance meets job quality and design requirement in accordance with company procedure and standards
• Overall site management by planning and scheduling the work and allotting the people to different areas in site.
• Supervise Fabrication, Erection of spools/piping, supports and installation of different types and sizes of valves, Gasket verification; bolt tightening as per rating and dimension and visual inspection after tightening of bolts.
• Monitor pipe cleaning by buffing, sand blasting, painting and wrapped coat and holiday detection of the underground piping.
• During the fabrication activities visual inspection of pipes and all fittings, edge preparation, fit up of the pipe, welding quality of the pipe and D.P.T.
• Preparation of checklist/ balance work to be done for piping systems/ loops with conformity to General Arrangement Drawings, P&ID’s, Isometric drawings and support std. etc.
• Adherence to construction safety and safety requirement for prevention of any types of accidents in the Plant.
• Prepare daily reports in regards to progress status of the project and keep the Project Engineer updated on the issue of work load & priorities.

Building Servicing, Plumbing, Installation, Maintenance & Repairing Of Underground & Above Ground Pipeline ex- GRE, GRP, PVC, CPVC, Copper, Steel, Metallic Pipeline & Valves.
• Supervise and participate in all construction activities of structure and various metallic and non-metallic piping systems including inspection, fabrication & welding, installation, Tie-Ins, coating, and hydro test & commissioning.
• Ensuring that work is execute in accordance with the contract drawing and specification, agreed procedures and method statement and local authority rule and regulation are communicated to workforce and full enforced
• Responsible for the day to day construction activities and to ensure that safe working of personnel, equipment and good housekeeping are being done
• Supervision in the fabrication of pipe spools/fitting up and welding works.
