1. Have done servicing, preventive maintenance, calibration, Installation of different medical equipments like ventilator, patient monitor, syringe pump, ECG machines, defibrillator, Autoclave, Dental machine etc.
2. Proficient in handling various OT equipments(Anesthesia machine, Endoscopy system with recording, OT light, OT table, Diathermy machine, Irrigation system etc. ) and hand instruments(Telescope, Trocer and other instruments).
3. Have maintained proper stock inventory of spare part of different machine and to keep the part always ready in stock.
4. Have done all the JCI(Joint Commission International)related documents, AMC/CMC documents, Preventive maintenance file.
5. Use to do all the documents updation in the software like proper inventory maintain, breakdown update, service history, high end equipment up-down time calculation, cost of any new machine and spare part.
6. Use to provide training to the nursing staff and others technician regarding any new machine and its usage and daily communication with supervisor for any update.
7. Coordinated with the contractors for any spare part delivery at right time to reduce the breakdown downtime of any machine.
.Have maintained proper updated inventory of about 3000 equipments and hand instruments and was incharge of total 13 no. of OT .
2.Proficient in handling OT equipments(Anesthesia machine, Cautery, OT table, OT light, Irrigation System, Endoscopy system with recording ) as well as hand instruments(Telescope, Trocer, Laproscopy instruments, different attachment).
3. Carried out calibration and preventive maintenance of the equipments as per planned schedule and maintained AMC/CMC documents, equipment file as well.
4. Inspected new machine and documented, Installed, tested for proper use and provided training to the clinical staff.
5.Used to take utilization(equipment up and down time) and data analysis of the high end equipments in the hospital for new project planning and did budgeting also.
6.Coordination with various suppliers about the delivery of any item.
7.carried out internal departmental Audit to avoid any non-compliance and communicated to the Supervisor on daily basis.

3. Use to maintain the guidelines of NABL(National Accreditation Board for testing and Calibration Laboratories)for calibration of Pipette, Centrifuge etc.
4. Basic knowledge in PCB board fault finding and rectified it.
5. Was responsible for servicing and preventive maintenance of hospital equipments.
6. Use to handle all the NABH related documents in the hospital.
