• Handling client accounts & providing them with internal & external support: Individual client accounts, IB accounts, and Corporate accounts.
• Worked around local payment solution for the company, in a regulated environment for processing direct debit transactions.
• Deposit process: Checking with the listed banks of Noor Capital, and depositing the amount into the client’s trading account.
• Withdrawal process: Deducting the amount from the client’s trading account, and sending the request to the bank to process with the payment.
• In constant contact with company’s service providers to make sure client payments have been processed.
• Verification of client documentation as per the Central Bank of United Arab Emirates.
• Client record management: Maintaining and handling all the client files for Auditing purpose.
• Streamlining the compliance, and daily operations of the business.
• Managed the circulation of daily research report amongst existing clients and prospective clients.
