Take the necessary steps to identify and prevent risks and ensure that suppliers fulfill the Contracts/Purchase Orders.
Handling and maintaining accounts up to finalization.

Assisting with audit works.
Maintaining Purchase, Sales and Stock Register.

Ensuring all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner
Answering telephone calls and handling enquiries
Handling and maintaining accounts up to finalization.
Assisting with audit works.
