Monitor all confirmed orders with suppliers and ensure on time delivery.
Take the necessary steps to identify and prevent risks and ensure that suppliers fulfill the Contracts/Purchase Orders.
Handling and maintaining accounts up to finalization.
Maintenance of receipts and vouchers.
Assisting with audit works.
Maintaining Purchase, Sales and Stock Register.
Reconciliation of Bank, Debtors and Creditors.
Preparation of Day book, ledger and Final statements
Assisting the section in-charge for preparing salary slips for the employees
Preparing daily and monthly reports using MS Office Applications as directed by the section in-charge
Ensuring all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner
Answering telephone calls and handling enquiries
Handling and maintaining accounts up to finalization.
Assisting with audit works.
Preparing Day book, ledger and Final statements.
Maintaining Purchase, Sales and Stock Register.
