I am Handling Company's 03 Store Operations.
All Store operations Handled by me.
I have also handled Supply chain from Warehouse to Store Logistics and Inventory.
I am handling all operational activity Customer service, Inventory, Team Handling, POS, Petty Cash, Reporting, Report extracting and analysis, Audit, Cross sale, Floor Management, Adhere to SOP, day to day challenges of operations, local Government bodies. a part from these also some extra project/assignment to work with IT team for installing new software.
Universal Star a Franchise Store of Gourmet food in which i am owner later on it was merger with parent company.
I have Handled All activities to run smooth business like manage funds, manage team, sales, purchase, accounts, HR, admin all activities handled by me.

I have handled all desk (cash teller, front desk, remittance, MIHU desk, relationship manager, senior citizen desk) after that i have handled checker role in which all mentioned desk employees initial reporting to me and authorisation of all financial/Non Financial transactions also handled on site ATM replenishment and checker roll of off site ATM with surprise visit of ATM.

I have Completed Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Operations (PGDBO). Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Operations is a six month intensive career program with three months of full-time classes followed by three months of paid internship.
