Position: Sr. Sales Executive (Oil Fields Supplies Division - Ahmadi).

• Sales and marketing of industrial product and Project handling.
• Refinery maintenance tender comprise technical and commercial both.
• Sales forecasting & weekly / monthly / annual progress report.
• Creating and Merging Customers with various categories.
• Providing guidance to the team based on management direction.
• Report team progress and decisions made to concerned groups.
• Foster team and individual growth through coaching, mentoring and serve as a resource person and by encouraging collaboration among team members.
• Lead by setting a good example - behavior consistent with words.
• Conducting team meetings and motivate the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working on GEDIS software, (Sales & Warranty Extensions).
• To provide support regarding Warranty Module.
• Handling the Accounts Receivables and Collections.
• Preparing monthly daily and weekly sales reports.
• Creating and Merging Customers with various categories
• Making Sales Invoices through Receivables or Distribution.
• Entering Receipt Vouchers and Assigning to Particular invoice as per Customer Payment Advises.
