Developing company quality management system and maintenance to ISO 9001 standard.
Work with the project management team to ensure all appropriate elements of the company quality management system (QMS) are planned, applied and adhered to during the execution of project.
Preparation and implementation of project quality plan, work procedures (Management, Civil, electromechanical & Commissioning), development of method statement, Inspection and Test plans, quality control procedures, quality forms and inspection check list.
Reviewing of submittals such as materials related to construction and shop drawings.
Follow up for the method statements, design calculations and technical submittals.
To assist the project manager & different department heads in the project level to define & document organization quality policy & objectives for & commitment to quality.
To check with the document control register (DCR), the status of all relevant documents & latest version/revision for example shop drawings, Method statement, ITP, material submission & procedures.
Subcontractor and vender prequalification, negotiation, award, claim, inspection of work & close out.
Review QA/QC site organization key personal CV’s as submitted by the sub-contractors & advice the project director accordingly.
Capability to work in multinational environment with FIDIC contract.
Ability to negotiate and influence at senior level internally and with Client / Customer.
Initiate preventive actions to reduce occurrence of NCR.
Verification of all the corrective actions with related department.
Close out of audit observations & recommendation for corrective & preventive actions.
Develop and keep up to date, the project quality Audit schedule. And undertake periodic audits of the project Integrated Management system, including project disciplines, suppliers and subcontractors, and report findings to corporate Quality manager and project manager.

13 years experience in Quality management system and General. Solid understanding of ISO 9001:2008 standards. Solid understanding of project execution patterns, plans and work processes. Having knowledge of operations management and business system design. Having project management awareness and acumen: understanding of project management processes including the impact of project costs, time and resource availability. Extensive knowledge in various construction works such as Infrastructure works, Massive civil and structural works, Pre-cast concrete structure installation, Steel structure work, Quality assurance and Quality control works.
