* Interviewing and meeting the branch corporate existing and potential clients.
* Assessment of the clients profiles and evaluation of the application before recommendation and submit to management at the Head quarter in Jordan.
* Preparation of all required formalities with documents to meet with the credit criteria, and mark the deviations if any.
* Follow up the pending cases with management to assure meeting the deadlines and customer satisfaction as per bank SLA’s.
* Notifying clients with management decision to complete further required documentation to implement accordingly.
* Managing the LC’s and different guarantees portfolio of the branch in terms of, due dates, renewals, cancellation …etc.

Responsibilities:

* In charge of handling all incoming and outgoing remittances to the branch in different currencies.
* Money Exchange.

* Handling all transactions related to cash, cheques (current, saving, time deposit accounts).
* Being in the regional main branch (Ramallah) I was representing Al Ahli Bank in the clearing room to exchange (In and Out) cheques with other banks operating in the Palestine.
