•Double Tree by Hilton Hotel (turnkey fit out work)- 37 Floors - value Aed 157 million.254 suites and service apartments, swimming pool, Retails, Turnkey Fit out Works.
Job Responsibility-
•My objective was to organize, manage, monitor and control the project organization, execution and budget in order to undertake the scope of work and achieve standards of quality, schedule and cost as laid down in the contract in the interest of company with relation to the contract.
•I lead & direct, control and advice on the project resources and plan to maintain/ improve the short and long-term financial goals of company projects, monitoring and reporting to project director about project details, including progress, risks and opportunity in a timely manner.
•Identified the changes to specifications, work scope and drawings and perform change request are documented.
•Defined clear roles and responsibilities and deliverable requirements in term of both scope and schedule to all the team members.
•Reviewed manhour and duration forecast resource requirements.
•Monitor productivity and scheduled performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. Provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement by modification to operating procedures/ work instructions.
•Prepared detailed written daily reports on progress and details of inspections, preparation and checking the shop drawings/ site visits and supervision of work progress/ site technical problems solving.
•Involved in site held meetings, discussion with the consultant/ client on project related, advance planning and scheduling as per the program truncated for the site progress.
•Reviewed & finalize all technical report, work schedules, requirement needs such as manpower and equipment on the job site,
•Evaluation of subcontract cost against agreed budget, that cost information is accurately recorded and regularly presented to concerned personnel in a specific format.
•Ensure workdone is asper given specifications and method of statements.
•Identify & evaluate any variations from plan and notify these to project director.
•Ensured that the site safety standards and rules are maintained at site during work.
•Coordinate with site team and consultant for inspection and site observations.
•Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management.

•Dubai Health Authorities Projects- New Medical Health Center- Multiple three projects.
•Data Centre 20 MW-Tier III design as per UPTIME INSTITUTE/ ANSI/TIA-942B (Hyperscale, high density)- Worked on preliminary and detailed design, calculation and design review.
Job Responsibility- Involved in Design and Site Supervision.
•I was fortunate to be appointed on behalf of the Client (Dubai Health Authority) on site to deliver project in accordance with design and scope and quality within budget and time. Also involved in to review and preparation of contract documents, design concepts and design calculations and managing them during construction phase while Liaising with local Authority/Municipality/ Civil Defense/Green Buildings/Safat / international codes and other Zoning Authorities to ensure with local construction rules and regulations are implemented. Review of construction submittals, materials and method statements Responsibility for conformance with Mechanical system Design, Public health engineering, Fire protection, shop drawings and accuracy of calculations, selection of equipment and plant followed by and Installation and Supervision. Worked on the required site modifications, preparing, analyzing, and submitting Variation Orders to the Client’s approval, issuing Engineer's Instructions and answers to the contractors’ technical requests. Site visits and control project quality, over headed in creating commissioning plan, testing and Commissioning & Pre-commissioning phases.

• Data Center III tier- 5 MW approx
Job Responsibility-
•During this period, I was involved in design review from client side and execute project in accordance with contract documents and approved mechanical and electrical design.
•Provided constructable review to the design to ensure lifecycle project requirement.
•I was responsible for managing the general contractor and MEP contractors, vendors and other subconsultants.
•I was responsible for review and approval of all project documents, material submittals, method statements, prequalification and other project related documents.
•Replying to technical RFis and other contractual letters.
•I participated in planning of project and managed project budget, contract scope and cost control.
•Oversee and control all aspect of the day-to-day management of the construction project, monitor and coordinate work performed by architectural and civil.
•My responsibility was in to approval and analyze invoices, purchase orders, weekly and monthly progress reviews taking chairs in meeting of consultants and contractors and leading project.
•Reporting to higher management about any key construction issue and performance.
•I created a site diary and responsibility matrics to control project in better way.
•My motive was to deliver project in compliance with design and specifications and with client requirement by establishing performance and delivery criteria, ensuring that client requirement are being met and coordinates with procurement.
•I authorized the issuance of contract, purchase orders and change orders, approved contractor invoices for payments.
•Inspects, approves, and accepts completed projects ensuring conformance with standards and local authority rules and regulations, building and life safety codes, and architectural/engineering specifications.
•Involved in handing over and DLP period and managing team for any troubleshooting, preparing root causes failure analysis.

•Business Bay District Cooling Networks and Plant 50, 000 TR(LEED Silver), Modular Chiller Plant of 8000 TR. Plant maintenance.
Projects comprise of Construct Semi and Permanent District Cooling Plants of (50, 000 TR) with 2 Thermal Storage Tank BMS, PLC and SCADA Systems with associated underground piping network in kms, excavation of trenches, installation of underground mechanical reticulation piping networks of 1500 dia MS pipes including valves chambers & reinstatement of existing services, asphalt work etc.
Job Responsibility -
•Coordination with services consultants, civil and architectural consultants to develop effective design documents & drawings
•Ensure Technical and Techno commercial review of Sub-Contract and Procurement Packages
•Check and review the Design, Specifications, Design Brief, BOQ and drawings.
•Involved in Energy Modelling, Engineering and Auditing ASHRAE level1, 2, 3.
•Review evaluations of packages for commercial review.
•Direct and control the building projects to ensure its design and construction are carried out as per the required regulatory, statutory, organizational, safety and quality standards set and are completed within approved budgets and timelines.

Projects Overview-
•St. Regis Beach Resort at Saadiyat Island, Signature Villas-Abu Dhabi- AED 1.8 billion
This project compromise of 5 Star Hotel complexes (380 keys), including all front house, back house, parking and food and beverage facility.
Service apartments (259 keys), Retail/Restaurant, Residential signature villas, wellness center, health Spa, Conference and support facility. Project also comprise of beach club, sport center, Landscaping, water feature etc.
The project has Energy transfer station which comprises of 8000 TR chilled water generation from district cooling. Project included cold room, freeze room, parking ventilation, Steam system, fuel oil piping installation, etc, connected with a building automation system.
