• Facilitated smooth opening of 11 stores in 2 countries through careful planning and preparation; trained Security Management teams in all stores.
• Captured $0, 7-$0, 9M in savings each year of tenure through prudent budget management. Drove cost savings of $450K (initial) and $94K (ongoing/annual) through negotiations with security agencies.
• Developed group vs. local structure across 11 stores and 1 distribution centre, with projected cost, productivity, and reactivity improvements.
