• Responsible for solutions design and architecture for MEEZA and Qatar Foundation cloud services with over 40 VMware ESXi clusters and almost 5 PB of data with various Microsoft/Citrix and applications on top of them.
Role Duties:
• Responsible for Solutions creation and Sales management for 500, 000 $ USD revenue per year.
• Responsible for Account/Client/Pipeline management with Account Managers for Infrastructure Solutions.
• Working as Virtual Technology Sales Professional for Microsoft in Virtualization and Unified Communications Solutions.
• Driving business value for technical solutions and acting as customer advocate during Sales/Pre-sales activities.
• Managing teams from vendors and partners to respond to RFPs and professional services tenders including teams from Microsoft, Netapp, Citrix and several other local companies.
• Working the Microsoft Exchange Server product group to enhance product experience and drive visions for upcoming releases.
• Working with the local Microsoft, Netapp, and Citrix teams to increase the business revenue, awareness about products through design sessions, workshops and events.
• Responsible for managing infrastructure systems and the Technical Support Team (18 engineers).
• Managing organization infrastructure and providing architecture planning and design and 3rd level support.
• Planned and managed new services installations and managing outsourced teams and vendors during several internal projects, deployments and services rollouts.
