Capex and Opex Budgets

• Responsible for the maintenance of the entire group consisting of 4
factories, Oil Filling factory, Plastics Factory, TIN Can Manufacturing
Factory, Edible oil refinery and Tank Farms
• Leading preventive and corrective maintenance strategies across all
factories to achieve OEE not less than 90%.
• Managing a multidisciplinary maintenance team, optimizing spare parts
planning, ensuring contractor performance, improving MTBF and MTTR
by 5%
• Capex, Opex and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Responsible for the maintenance of the entire facility (including the
Refinery, Utilities, Plastics blow molding & injection molding machines,
TIN CAN manufacturing, Filling and Packaging lines, Electrical &
instrumentation system, Fire alarms and hydrant systems etc.) to ensure
the equipment availability at its good.
• Responsible for the maintenance and operation of plant electrical and
instrumentation system - 3X1.9 MW diesel generators, Transformers
and 9MW 13.8Kv to 380VAC electrical substation.
• Develop asset list and performing Asset criticality analysis to prioritize
maintenance requirements. Recording each asset in CMMS (Oracle eAM
Asset management).
• Planning, scheduling and controlling the maintenance activities.
• Implementing preventive, corrective and condition monitoring
maintenance plans.
• Holding cross function meetings (with Refinery, Production, Quality and
Warehouse teams) for maintenance related requirements.
• Collaboration with other departments to develop initiatives for
continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Liaison with vendors and machine/equipment suppliers for the spares
and services.
• Develop work scope, solicit competitive quotations, negotiate and
finalize maintenance service contracts with suppliers.
• Manage maintenance operations using CMMS (Oracle eAM Module)
ensuring efficient work order management, asset tracking and
preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Evaluating and approving purchase requisitions for spare parts, services
and consumables.
• Analyze spare parts Inventory, identify slow moving items and optimize
stock levels to ensure availability and efficiency.
• Acquire in-depth process knowledge of the plant systems to effectively
troubleshoot issues and lead the maintenance team in problem
resolution.
• Utilize advanced technical skills and established processes to
thoroughly prepare for and execute mechanical/electrical maintenance
on assigned equipment and work areas.
• Daily monitoring of utility consumptions - Electricity - Water - Diesel
and analyze to be within optimum limits.
• Monitoring Plant electricity consumption using Siemens SENTRON
Powermanager - Daily Reports.
• Implement, monitor and report on IMS objectives, targets and programs
while ensuring resource allocation and sustained compliance with
periodic performance updates to the management.
• Implementing health and safety standards OHSAS and food safety ISO
22000:2018.
• Successfully Conduct SASO, ISO, HACCP and FSSC 22000:2018 audits.
• Upload/Download backups for PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Servo Amplifiers.
• Identification, documentation and control of hazards in assigned work
area.
• Monitoring EPL and perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for repetitive
failures and taking corrective actions.
• Maintain MTBF & MTTR at the optimum level.
• Maintain Asset reliability above 98%.
• Implementation of TPM and 5S methodologies.
• Preparing AOP /OPEX and CAPEX budgets and monitoring to be within
the budget limits.

• Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of Plant Machinery (Sidel,
Simmonazi, KHS, Krones, Paktools) and industrial services (NH3 Chilling
system, CO2 Tanks, Cooling Towers, HP and LP Air Compressors,
Boiler, HVAC, Chillers, Electrical system 6MW substation
11KV/400VAC).
• Developing and implementation of maintenance plans for complete
facility.
• Execution and supervision for new projects.
• Review plant production equipment environment (e.g., technology,
systems, quality, cost, efficiencies, yield) to recommend process
improvements.
• Synthesize data and identify problems through operational analysis to
improve operational performance.
• Track maintenance schedules for equipment assets to ensure preventive
maintenance is current.
• Record and analyze plant equipment performance data using design and
performance specifications to ensure optimum machine reliability.
• Regularly inspecting plant production support systems and equipment
(e.g., HVAC, compressed air, refrigeration, production lines, process,
wastewater treatment) to support effective plant operation.
• Measure the use of spare parts by tracking spare parts transactions
through use of SAP tools to determine proper re-order points.
• Develop process improvement initiatives.
• Liaison with external vendors & contractors for timely support.
• Implementing and strict compliance with HSE standards.
• Support production staff in troubleshooting and spares arrangements.
• Monitoring EPL & OPL of plant.
• Preparing CAPEX and OPEX (R&M/P&U) Budgets.
• Monitoring EUR (Energy Use ratio) for set KPI.

Pakistan
• Execution of production plan to meet the production targets
• Responsible for maintaining Line Efficiency not below 80%
• Responsible for maintaining Production KPIs, material yields (Perform,
closures, labels, shrink film, sleeves) & Syrup yields as per set targets
• Posting of production and material consumption in SAP
• Coordination with external vendors for timely availability of machine
spare parts
• Defining production procedures and implementation
• Responsible for Plant GMP and maintaining plant hygiene conditions
• Pareto analysis of breakdowns and building corrective action plans to
minimize breakdowns.
• Recording EPL and OPL and keep them below set KPI
• Preparing for CAPEX and OPEX budgets.

• Responsible for trouble-free operation & maintenance of plant
equipment both Electrical & Instrumentations.
• Incident Management for rectification of problems in Microset Mars
PLCs, Reel Inverters and DCS System,
• Prepare maintenance plans for Electrical & Electronics Equipment
according to ISO 9001:2000 quality system and its implementation &
execution.
• Perform calibration of Instruments.
• Handling ERP system, Issuance of Spare Parts, Monitoring Inventory
levels.
