• Responsible for the maintenance of the entire facility (including the
Refinery, Utilities, Plastics blow molding & injection molding machines,
TIN CAN manufacturing, Filling and Packaging lines, Electrical &
instrumentation system, Fire alarms and hydrant systems etc.) to ensure
the equipment availability at its good.
• Responsible for the maintenance and operation of plant electrical and
instrumentation system - 3X1.9 MW diesel generators, Transformers
and 9MW 13.8Kv to 380VAC electrical substation.
• Develop asset list and performing Asset criticality analysis to prioritize
maintenance requirements. Recording each asset in CMMS (Oracle eAM
Asset management).
• Planning, scheduling and controlling the maintenance activities.
• Implementing preventive, corrective and condition monitoring
maintenance plans.
• Holding cross function meetings (with Refinery, Production, Quality and
Warehouse teams) for maintenance related requirements.
• Collaboration with other departments to develop initiatives for
continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Liaison with vendors and machine/equipment suppliers for the spares
and services.
• Develop work scope, solicit competitive quotations, negotiate and
finalize maintenance service contracts with suppliers.
• Manage maintenance operations using CMMS (Oracle eAM Module)
ensuring efficient work order management, asset tracking and
preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Evaluating and approving purchase requisitions for spare parts, services
and consumables.
• Analyze spare parts Inventory, identify slow moving items and optimize
stock levels to ensure availability and efficiency.
• Acquire in-depth process knowledge of the plant systems to effectively
troubleshoot issues and lead the maintenance team in problem
resolution.
• Utilize advanced technical skills and established processes to
thoroughly prepare for and execute mechanical/electrical maintenance
on assigned equipment and work areas.
• Daily monitoring of utility consumptions - Electricity - Water - Diesel
and analyze to be within optimum limits.
• Monitoring Plant electricity consumption using Siemens SENTRON
Powermanager - Daily Reports.
• Implement, monitor and report on IMS objectives, targets and programs
while ensuring resource allocation and sustained compliance with
periodic performance updates to the management.
• Implementing health and safety standards OHSAS and food safety ISO
22000:2018.
• Successfully Conduct SASO, ISO, HACCP and FSSC 22000:2018 audits.
• Upload/Download backups for PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Servo Amplifiers.
• Identification, documentation and control of hazards in assigned work
area.
• Monitoring EPL and perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for repetitive
failures and taking corrective actions.
• Maintain MTBF & MTTR at the optimum level.
• Maintain Asset reliability above 98%.
• Implementation of TPM and 5S methodologies.
• Preparing AOP /OPEX and CAPEX budgets and monitoring to be within
the budget limits.
