• Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders. Providing continuous improvement and cost-effective construction solutions.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations. Maintaining and promoting health and safety on site.
• Work closely with stakeholders to maintain optimum levels of communication for effective and efficient project completion.
• Responsibly manage procurement planning to ensure consistent and smooth running of the construction process.
• Reporting to Chief Executive officer.
• Manage construction of two 5-star hotels (270 keys) plus 270 residential units with infrastructure to completion, value over OMR 250 million.
• Consolidate and control Project cash flow, manage the Quantity surveyors’ team on cost evaluation analysis and change orders and possible additional scope
• Manage the design, construction, tender/procurement, general and special contract conditions, employers' requirements and overall project scheduling.
• Manage the selection/procurement process of specialized consultants/contractors and oversee all aspects of their work ensuring tasks are complete in line with time and budget.
• Provide progress reports of various project developmental stages.
• Report to the Executive Director Building department first four years as a secondment from TANWEEN Development L.L.C. then as a direct employee to LREDC. /Qatari Diar till 2017 on Lusail City project.
• Manage full cycle of design, construction, enabling and infrastructure of Qatari Diar Headquarter buildings - commercial Boulevard, Lusail City - Doha, Qatar (QAR one Billion Riyal). consisted of three buildings (each 8-storey interconnected).
• Manage Buildings design & construction for enabling and infrastructure for master plan Commercial Boulevard Buildings - Lusail City - Doha, Qatar (QAR 10 billion)
• Working in busy Multiple projects and Real Estate developer.
• Reporting to the Chief Projects Officer on all aspect of the assigned projects development cycle.
• Manage PMC, design and supervision consultants and contractor teams.
• Manage construction full cycle of One @ Business Bay, High Rise Building (31) storeys +4 podium + 4 basements mixed-use tower - Business Bay district, Dubai, UAE. (AED 450 million) - all stages to completion.
• Manage construction full cycle of Bayswater, High Rise building 29 storeys +3 podium +3 basements mixed-use tower - Business Bay district, Dubai, UAE (AED 450M) - all stage to completion.
• Manage design and construction groundwork enabling work for the Gemini, high rise building 2 x 20 floors +3 podium+ 3 basements mixed-use - commercial and retail - Business Bay district, Dubai, UAE (AED 650 million).
• Working in Project management consultancy on busy Multiple Real Estate projects. Reporting to the Managing Director and the clients on all aspect of the assigned projects development cycle.

• Design, procurement and construction to completion of Bayswater, High Rise building 29 storeys +3 podium +3 basements mixed-use tower - Business Bay district, Dubai, UAE (AED 450 million) - all stage to completion.
• Design and construction work for groundworks/enabling package- the Binary, Business Bay high rise building dual 23 & 25 storeys +4 podium+ 4 basements, mixed-use towers- Business Bay district, Dubai, UAE (AED 600 million).
• Design, procurement and construction work to completion for the square project, Low rise buildings 930 flats complex of residential - mixed-use + retail that also have Boutique hotel + service apartment buildings for Movenpick with 80 key rooms, a contemporary all-day dining restaurant, rooftop pool. (1B+G+7 levels), Dubai, Al Mamzar (AED 800 million).
• Client representative for Hilton Hotel - Doha, 309 suites & rooms towers, Doha, Qatar (QR 800 million).
• Working in a construction company (main contractor) on multiple sites, Reporting to the Managing Director for RC frame and groundwork,
• St. Georges -Charter Quay, mixed-use building development 500 units, Kingston upon Thames, London (£14 million).
• Managed RC frame and groundwork for Barrett Homes- Regency Apartments, residential development 900 units, Westminster, London (£66 million).
• Groundwork St. Georges - Locks Wharf, mixed-use development - Isle of Dogs. London Docklands (£53 million).
