As projects manager, i am currently responsible for Executing all New Debenhams & Vavavoom stores in Kuwait, KSA, UAE, Jordan, Qatar, Egypt & Harvey Nichols Kuwait.

My role also includes development of the existing stores to attract customers & assure they will have exceptional experience, Allow the brands needs & DNA while respecting the land lord standards .

Working as Tenants coordination Manger for the properties managed by PIMCO which is a full service property management company that was established by Mudon Al Ahlia Real Estate managing 18 real estate projects in Kuwait at an estimated value of billion US dollars.
As Tenants Coordination Manager I am responsible for the coordination of the tenants on the following properties:

1) The GATE Mall
2) Al Salam Mall
3) The Lake Mall
4) Divone
5) Yall Mall
6) Al Ardiya Souq



JOB DESCRIPTION:-

• Creating the Tenants Manual, Process, Forms & Applications for each Property based on its nature by coordination between all concerned departments and the owner .
• Responsible for the Hand Over of the properties from the Main contractor and the MEP contractor to ensure that all premises and services are as per the as built drawings and the tenants requirements as well as helping the main contractor & consultant during the construction stage to ensure the property will operate perfectly and will be in line with the tenants requirements.
• Guiding the tenant's representative about the Mall regulation, requirements and the Design submission & fit out stages.
• Setting up Brief meetings, projects schedules, progress meetings and continuous communication with all Tenant contractors.
• Follows up the approved designs construction & monitor quality Communicates the approved design with contractors.
• Coordinates with Project Development & Design Department regarding approved materials and variations.
• Follows up all updates and changes upon all designs & Refers with project Development & Design Department regarding any esthetics or designs requirements.
• Assures that all basic installations are implemented as per Designs standards to ensure quality finishing.
• Implements contracts performance to determine and ensures completeness as per requested.
• Design and technical plan review of architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sign drawings.
• Provides store planning and design directions on suggestions to the Tenant and / or Tenant’s architect as needed.
• Monitors the fit-out process to ensure that the work progresses within the agreed work schedule.
• Monitors the quality of the work and the standard of fixtures including signage to ensure that these aspects are in line with the approved fit- out plans.

The Tenant Coordinator acts as the first point of contact with the tenants, vendors, and contractors.

The primary purpose of this position is to support the Property Manager in the management and administrative functions required for commercial real estate properties in accordance with company and industry best practices and is involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the properties.

Job Objectives :

1. Follows up the approved designs constructions and monitors its quality.

2. Communicates the approved design with contractors.

3. Coordinates with Project Development & Design Department 
            regarding approved materials and variations.

4.  Follows up all updates and changes upon all designs.
 
5. Refers with project Development & Design Department
            regarding any aesthetics or designs requirements.

6.  Assures that all basic installations are implemented as per Designs standards to ensure quality finishing.   

7. Implements contracts performance to determine and ensures completeness as per requested.

8. Design and technical plan review of architectural, mechanical electrical, plumbing and sign drawings.

9.  Provides store planning and design directions on suggestions to the Tenant and / or Tenant’s architect as needed.

10. Monitors the fit-out process to ensure that the work progresses within the agreed work schedule.

11.  Monitors the quality of the work and the standard of fixtures 
Including signage to ensure that these aspects are in line 
with the approved fit-out plans.

- All Habchi & Chalhoub group Phase III, II & I projects
 in the Avenues mall for most famous brands ( Louis Vuitton - Christian Dior - D &G, TANAGRA & More )
- All Al-Shouhra group Phase III, II & I projects in the Avenues mall for most famous brands ( Chanel - Ralph Lauren - TDOS , VALENTINO, INGIE PARIS, ETOILE & More)
- Al-Shaya Stores in Phase III, II & I projects in the Avenues mall
- Mufti different new and old tenants in the opening of Avenues mall Phase III, Coordinator for more than 113 tenants .

As technical Coordinator the coordination have started almost two years before the Avenues phase III opening in October 2013, phase III only is the biggest shopping center in Kuwait with more than 450 leasing

space in Five Zones ( Prestige, Grand Avenue, The Mall, Suko & Old souk) prestige zone was designed and executed by the best designers & contractors in the world in order to meet the requirements of the most luxurious brands on the world, below are some of the

brands i was responsible for in the Prestige Zone :
