• Oversee, supervise, coordinates, monitor and conduct inspections & land survey checking of assigned contracts such as Roads, Bridges & Other horizontal infrastructures.
• Prepare quantity take-off of Buildings, Roads, Bridges, Culverts & other Infrastructures project.
• Prepare Bar Bending Schedule of all reinforced concrete structures.
• Prepare Plan & Profile of all Road Projects.
• Assists and coordinates with Material Technician for material-related works such as soil compaction, soil classification, Concrete Mix Design, Asphalt Mix Design, etc.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities and monthly certificates to be submitted to the Consultants and Ministry of Transport for approval.
• Prepare Shop Drawing as well as As-built Drawing for all the Roads, Bridges, Culverts, and other Infrastructure Projects.
• Prepare Detour Plan with safety signage as per MOT Standards.
• Redesign of horizontal alignment and vertical profiles of Roads in compliance with the instruction of Consultants and Ministry of Transport.
• Assists and coordinates with the Site Surveyors for all surveying works.
• Prepare planning and scheduling of projects and monitor daily work progress.
• Performing other duties assigned to me from time to time by the Project Manager.
• Oversee, supervise, coordinates, monitor and conduct inspection of assigned contracts such as Farm-to-market Roads, Multi-purpose Pavement, Warehouses, Buildings, Irrigation systems and other Infrastructures Projects.
• Perform review and approval of contractor's submittals such as materials, shop drawings, invoices, schedules & RFI's, etc. related to civil/structural for buildings, roads, and other infrastructure projects.
• Monitor and prepare Daily and Monthly Progress Reports for assigned contracts.
• Perform and review of structural design of buildings and other infrastructure projects.
• Inspection of completed projects for final handing over to the farmer beneficiaries.
• Prepare and review of design of all civil works under the Municiplaity projects.
• Implement and supervise the construction of roads, school buildings, multi-purpose hall, warehouses, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and review of shop drawings as well as as-built drawings of all projects.
• Prepare and review of all documents needed for the handing over o projects to clients.
• Assist Municipal Engineer in preparing planning and scheduling of all projects.
