1- Prepare quantity survey sheets for all construction disciplines (structural, architectural and MEP works).
2- Prepare bill of quantities, scope of works, terms and conditions of contracts for main contractors and subcontractors.
3- Work as a Project coordinator.
4- Prepare shop drawings for all structural members such as (Footings, beams, slabs, stairs, formwork, post tension and pre tension concrete, Itch).
5- Prepare shop drawing of all architectural shop drawings for all materials, for example (masonry, false ceiling, ceramics, marble, securite glass, doors and windows, itch).
6- Work as quality control engineer in skeleton phase (inspecting all types of works from our site engineers and request the consultant to inspect it).
7- Manage and prepare all types of documents and control it.
8- Prepare price analysis, cost estimation, invoices, Project' periodical payements and variation orders.
9- Design structural elements.
10- Communicate with client, consultant, subordinates, subcontractors and technicians.
11- Prepare as-built drawings.
1- Prepare shop drawings for steel structures such as (tower antenna, flag pole antenna, palm antenna and mono pole antenna).
2- Checking design with consultant.
3- Site surveying and preparing the as built drawings.
