Value engineering the project, the building system has been changed from cast-in-situ building to precast prestressed band beams supporting double tee and hollow core slabs. I was leading a team of 10.
• Sharjah residential tower (45 stories) in Sharjah, Owned by Sheikha Fatma Bint Mubarak. The building total height is 210.00 m above ground.
• Amiry guard buildings in Kuwait. This Project is owned by Kuwait ministry of defense and the building system was cast in-situ beams supporting hollow core slabs (Proposal).
• Pearl Dubai Hotel (A1 Tower) and (A4&A5 Towers) in Dubai, 60 floors tower on the Arabian Gulf, This Project is owned by OMNIX. The building total height is 245.00 m above ground.
• Delhi Private School in Dubai, full precast school (precast walls, precast hollow core slabs and precast foundation) (Design and Precast Detailing for fabrication).
• Marriot Accommodation (4-Buildings) in Sharjah, full precast school (precast walls, precast hollow core slabs and precast foundation).
• Sharjah cement labor accommodation, full precast school (precast walls, precast hollow core slabs and precast foundation).
