• Langden to Janet (LTJ) Project - Several substations & an 18 Km Transmission line.
• Heartland Project - Substation “12S” a 500kV substation.
I worked as a civil Senior Lead for various prestigious projects. My project managerial tasks include scheduling, resource planning, cost controlling, coordination and review drawings. My technical tasks included preparing designing and preparing drawings, site support and Lead client discussions.
My project was Padideh Shandiz Recreation complex in Iran, a huge mall almost 300, 000 m2. I was the Project Lead and I had a team more than 24 engineers and drafters assisting me. Responsible for all coordination between Architect, Mechanical and Electrical
• Designed structural systems for industrial & residential buildings “Reinforced Concrete & Steel” as well as coordination of all the works between architectural, electrical & mechanical disciplines.
• Reviewed all project’s drawings at different stages of the project lifecycle.

• Saipum Maintenance & Loading warehouse (Industrial Steel Building)
• Champagne Project - A 5 complex concrete buildings (each 5 stories) with common parkade.
• Purolator Warehouse (Industrial Building).

My responsibilities involved structural designing, 3D modeling, reviewing shop drawing, drawings coordination, cost estimation, site survey, and construction support and updating As-built drawings.

My responsibilities involved the Completion of Structural Design, Modeling, Consultant Drawings, Workshop Drawings, Detailing, Quantities, Cost Estimation, as well as Value Engineering projects. MAJOR projects I worked on:-
• Kuwait Oil Company KOC Offices Complex Project (Total Budget $ 120, 000, 000), this. The project consists of 12 building 3 floors each. Value engineering the project, the building system has been changed from cast-in-situ building to precast prestressed band beams supporting double tee and hollow core slabs. I was leading a team of 10.
• Sharjah residential tower (45 stories) in Sharjah, Owned by Sheikha Fatma Bint Mubarak. The building total height is 210.00 m above ground.
• Amiry guard buildings in Kuwait. This Project is owned by Kuwait ministry of defense and the building system was cast in-situ beams supporting hollow core slabs (Proposal).
• Pearl Dubai Hotel (A1 Tower) and (A4&A5 Towers) in Dubai, 60 floors tower on the Arabian Gulf, This Project is owned by OMNIX. The building total height is 245.00 m above ground.
• Delhi Private School in Dubai, full precast school (precast walls, precast hollow core slabs and precast foundation) (Design and Precast Detailing for fabrication).
• Marriot Accommodation (4-Buildings) in Sharjah, full precast school (precast walls, precast hollow core slabs and precast foundation).
• Sharjah cement labor accommodation, full precast school (precast walls, precast hollow core slabs and precast foundation).
In charge for quality control for concrete and soil works in Liquefied Natural Gas (IDKU) LNG project, working with Bechtel overseas as a 3rd party consultant for clients (British Gas and Gas D' France).
