New Alamein City Project
The company is responsible for constructing 43 new villas of 4 types. The construction is divided into two phases; the first phase is the concrete works, while the second phase is the finishing works. The company is also
responsible for completing the infrastructure works (i.e. sewage networks and roads along with the landscape work). The construction area is almost 20 acres.
Job Responsibilities.
- Responsible for preparing & updating projects’ BOQ’s and calculating quantities.
- Responsible for the technical revision of all architectural drawings, at different stages of the work progress.\
- Responsible for reviewing structure & MEP drawings and technical coordination between all disciplines.
- Responsible for creating any required construction details.
- Attend meetings with consultants, contractors, suppliers & client representatives as needed.
- Reporting to the construction manager about the anticipated issues with a ready solution to tackle the problem before it happens.
- Responsible For BIM modeling for the entire projects for both phase 1 and 2, which means modeling the structure and architectural components of the project.
Port-Fouad Housing Project.
Port-fouad Housing Project is consisting of constructing 438 residential building which will house more than 10000 family. The project consists of three stages, the first two stages consists of 201 residential building and it is supervised by Assafranco Consultancy services.
The third stage consists of 202 residential building of which 136 building of 75 m2 and 66 commercial buildings with a 90 m2. Th main contractor is Wadi El-Nile a subsidiary company for the Egyptian army and Diaa Consult is the consultant.

Port-fouad Housing project

- Design Review for the 136 residential building with a single structural model but the difference in the mat foundation where a two connected building and studied the influence of combining stresses on the soil.
Our Firm Worked as a geotechnical engineering support for over than 80 Projects which involves Executing Boreholes, Laboratory test for investigated soils, and making the Soil Report For the building which to be constructed.

A-Worked as an engineering consultant support for over 10 contractors for a Government housing project in port-fouad- Port Said ( total 403 Residential building consists of ground floor and top five floors.) with a complete geotechnical study for the whole project (Boreholes Foundation design, and Technical Report).
B- Worked as an engineering consultant support for the main contractor contractor for a Government housing project in port-fouad- Port Said ( total 241 Residential building consists of ground floor and top five floors.) with a complete geotechnical study for the whole project (Boreholes Foundation design, and Technical Report).
C- Worked as an engineering consultant support for the main contractor for a Government housing project in port-fouad- Port Said ( total 88 Residential building consists of ground floor and top five floors.) with a complete geotechnical study for the whole project (Boreholes Foundation design, and Technical Report).

PortSaid Housing Project - East of PortSaid - Sinai
- Our firm gives a Geotechnical study - (boreholes + technical report) for infra structures (Sanitary works + Roads).
Soil Injection For a damaged historical building called (Simon Arzt) in PortSaid. The building was damaged due to the construction of a tall building next to it and the deficiency to manage dewatering system during the construction. Due to these reasons the soil collapsed underneath the footings which resulted in severe damages to the structural elements we resolved it by soil injection

-Our Firm Worked as a geotechnical engineering support for the whole project (Resort + Residential Area ) which consist of 21 building, a hotel, mosque, mall and roads)
- Our firm gives a Geotechnical study - (boreholes + technical report) for a factory in portsaid related to (Maridive Group).
- Development of North-Sinai District - Arish City.
Our Firm did a whole geotechnical studies for a several roads throughout the city + renovation of several roundabouts and the city’s coast line (which includes cafeterias bicycle lanes and sidewalks).

1. New Ahmadi Hospital - Ahmadi -Kuwait (June 2014 - January 2016)
Project Info.
The New Ahmadi Hospital has been strategically located on the north side of the main Ahmadi Road, linking with the As-Saffar Motorway. It will operate as a full general hospital of 300 beds and will serve all KOC and oil sector families as well as the residents of Ahmadi.
Following an international design competition in 1997, Langdon Wilson was selected as the preferred architect. The unique Islamic geometric configuration of the design plays an important role in the function of the hospital. Not only does it aid in the overall spatial organization, it also creates easy orientation for the visitors to the facility; with a clear separation between the patient rooms and the diagnostic treatment areas. State-of-the-art building systems are provided to allow full control of the environmental systems. In addition, exterior gardens and sheltered interior gardens are provided to give patients and visitors a calm, healing environment. All architectural and conceptual engineering design work was carried out by Langdon Wilson International of USA, while Gulf Consult has been responsible for all detailed engineering and landscape design, cost control and tender documentation.

2. Lower Fars Heavy Oil - North Kuwait - Kuwait. ( Feb 2016 - Present.)
Petrofac, the international oil and gas services provider, has received an award notification for the first phase of Kuwait Oil Company’s (KOC) Lower Fars heavy oil development program, which is located in the north of the country.
With a total project value of more than US$4 billion, Petrofac is leading a consortium with Greece based Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) as its partner.

1. ROYAL OMAN HOSPITAL, MUSQAT, OMAN.
The project comprises of the main hospital, residential buildings, services buildings.
Designed a piled raft foundation with inclined piles for lateral stability.
Designed and prepared the structural drawings for working design phase and for tender.
2. AL-SALAM HOSPITAL, MAHBOULA, KUWAIT.
The project comprises of one building will be constructed over two phases. Which consist of 2 basement 10 story and 5 parking levels.
BUILT E-TABS model and determined the stability of the structure throw schematic design phase.
Designed a flat slab using direct design method.
3. DELTA SERVICED APARTMENT, SABAH AL-SALEM, KUWAIT
Determined the sizes of the structural elements throw design development phase.
Prepared the drawings for working design stage and for tender.
4. KHARAFI RESIDENTIAL TOWER, KUWAIT.
Designed a mat foundation for 14 story building.
5. ARTAAL RESTAURANTS AND COFFEE SHOPS, ABU FATIRA, KUWAIT
Built E-TABS model and determined the sizes for structural elements for design development phase.
Prepared the structural drawings for working design phase and for tender.
