Project: Barwa Village (635 Residential Units + 989 Commercial Units + 4 Anchor Tenants)
• Manage and supervise all property management operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
• Facilitate tenant move-in and move-out processes, ensuring proper Kahramaa meter registration and accurate tenant data in Yardi system.
• Conduct periodic property inspections and implement corrective actions to reduce project deficiencies.
• Coordinate with utilities team to solve all Kahramaa issues and update all vacant units bills on monthly basis
• Oversee incident reporting and resolution, coordinating with police and insurance companies when necessary.
• Manage and update tenant registries and manuals, ensuring accuracy and approval of documentation.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of invoices for utilities and additional services, with proactive follow-up on payments.
• Coordinate with refurbishment teams to ensure timely project completion, overseeing inspections and approvals.
• Handle tenant complaints efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and update weekly and monthly property management reports, units’ movement, outstanding issues, and property inspections.
• Organize and maintain property management file systems, ensuring documentation is current and accessible.
• Preparing Site Correspondence i.e. Warning Letter, PM Notifications and other communications related to PM and do the translation for the letters.
• Guide new employees in learning job responsibilities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Prepare and follow project budget in monthly basis and coordinate with finance for any inquiries.
• Support the property manager in fulfilling project requirements and achieving organizational goals.

Property Management of Masaken Meseimeer Project. (992 Residential +10
Commercial units)
• Facilitate move in and move out for the leased units by commercial and
residential tenants and assure that Kahramaa meters registered under their
names and update the tenant’s information and details in Yardi system.
• Cooperate with FM Team to solve all Problems.
• Follow all incident Reports And request CCTV footage if required then
solve as per the required action.
• Addressing tenant complain to resolve them accordingly and answer their
quires and provide needful assist.
• Random Checking PPM activities for adherence.
• Interdepartmental coordination to expedite our company procedures.
(Leasing, procurement, legal team and call center).
• Conducting meeting with FM & subcontractors to monitor their respective
activities.
• Site day-to-day inspections and monitor daily site operations and activities.
• Prepare and update property management reports i.e. Weekly progress
report, unit movement monitor, outstanding issue, property inspections and
other reports as required.
• Preparing Site Correspondence i.e. Warning Letter, PM Notifications and
other communications related to PM and do the translation for the letters.
• Organize and Maintain Property Management File System.

Responsible for the Operation & maintenance of transmission and BTS
equipment of many sites and target achievement
