• Ensures operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner and in conformance to company safety regulations.
• Performs reporting, risk assessments, External Auditing with Dekra and Internal Auditing across the organizations and Egypt offices, observes all QHSE related activities based on policies
(Global regulations, Country Labor law and Company internal procedures) within a location and help
the management in modifying the regimes and developing the procedures.
• control the project audits for Middle East areas in coordination with the department’s managers
• Responsible for Safety induction training for all subcontractors working on behalf of the organization.
• Leading and organizing the safety and security training topics including the information security, quality, and safety.
• Leading and managing the Information security for the organization in Egypt and middle east.
• Monitor the Environmental aspects including Energy consumption throughout overcome any high
electricity consumption via EMP report regarding the paper consumption and recycling &Controlling of the environ mental aspects including paper usage in Cairo office and other offices remotely.
• Leading the annual crisis drill process in coordination with the QHSE Group manager.
• Leading the Crisis Management team for Egypt reporting to the Vice president.
• Performs post-incident investigations.
• Handling All admin.& Documental staff for all oil & Gas Subcontractors and supplier concerning any compliance item.
• Monitor and control the distribution of office supplies.
• Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the office to ensure that they meet health and safety standards and the legal requirements
• Following all legislative matters with the official governmental authorities at the office and working sites.
