• Manage a team of TA specialists to meet aggressive recruiting targets in support of specific business needs.
• Develop and engage training resources to improve team capabilities, establish individual development plans, motivate, and encourage the TA team, and provide one-to-one coaching.
• Manage processes with high-volume sourcing strategies and tactics with different position's White and Blue (Industrial -
Operations - Assets -Constructions - IT - Customer Service…etc)
• Manage and implement workforce plan and hiring more than 3000 yearly candidates and customized interview, testing, and screening tools and make continuous process improvements to achieve business needs with improved candidate experience.
• Follow up with TA team for the result of (CBI) for different levels, juniors, seniors, and managers.
• Design corrective plans to adapt to new challenges and shift directions to meet changes with increasing the satisfaction rate of the Business.
• Develop and maintain recruitment metrics on ATS and Improve KPI'S to success metrics associated with hiring goals, these include: (Cost per Hire - Time to fill - Turnover ratio for the new hire)
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines to ensure that the organization has a steady supply of high-quality candidates for current and future openings.
• Develop sourcing tools to make a variety of qualified candidates to match with the job profile and navigate with the best candidate about the best offer.
• Develop the candidate's experience by various methodologies throughout the process including negotiating offers.
• Build and develop strong partnerships with universities & and career centers participation in employment fairs.
• Develop the unique benefits that an employee receives in return for the skills, capabilities, and experience they bring to a company Employee Value Proposition EVP.
• Receive the workforce plans provided by the OD and set scheduled action plans for monthly hiring.
• Participate in analyzing and documenting the staff turnover rate, produce analyses about it update databases.
• Participate in the Employment Branding of the recruitment and market and improve the mental image of the activity and the Group.
• Review all the department's inputs on SAP to verify the quality of the recorded data.
• Review the implementation of interviews (CBI) with qualified applicants to follow and confirm the selection of the best candidates and archive the plan.
• Supervise the implementation of monthly training plans with the training team.
• Supervise the implementation of (summer training programs - student projects) to serve society.
• Review the deviations resulting from the performance evaluation reports to be addressed in the future through the training needs plans.
• Review the return measurement to ensure training effectiveness.
• Participate in making and developing hiring and training policies and goals and applying them within the geographical zone in line with the work goals and the company and HR mission and vision.
• Manage and coach the team (acquisition & learning) for the best practice.
