-Preparing Weekly & Monthly progress report as per the Company Quality Assurance Procedures, including:

a.Planning analysis report.
b.Progress per area.
c.Actual vs. Plan, Target and forecast reports (manpower, time, cost).
d.Claims.
e.Progress report.
f.Contract programme update.
g.Site resources.

-Preparing the Master Contract programme.
-Preparing a revised programme .
-Preparing a claim programme (impact analysis, cause and effect)
-Link with the Engineer and Sub contractors concerning the progress through meetings & transmittals.

- Preparing the Master Contract programme (Clause 14).
- Preparing a revised programme (Clause 14.2).
- Preparing a claim programme (impact analysis, cause and effect)
- Link with the Engineer and Sub contractors concerning the progress through meetings & transmittals.

- Review /comment /approve the baseline schedule - prepared and submitted by the contractor.
- Review the progress status reports - prepared and submitted by the contractor - by the time period as set forth in the contract.
- Review look-ahead schedules.
- Follow closely the labor mobilization and/or demobilization, also follow equipment /material deliveries, should they start to fall behind the schedule, take action to expedite the deliveries, as there should be no surprises with respect to such deliveries.
- Involve CM/RE and contract administrator for bringing the contractor into line with the overall construction plan.
- Perform time impact analysis prior to issuing change orders, (the client must be aware of both schedule impact and cost impact).
- Analyze and evaluate contractor’s claims, prepare recommendations concerning justified /excusable time extensions, as the case may be.

- Evaluate the bidders and checking the bidder offers.
- Prepare comments in the offers submitted by the bidders.

- Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
- Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to monitor project budget.
