As a Team Leader of the Project Delivery and Support Team, I am entrusted with the
responsibility of establishing and managing a high-performing team dedicated to deliver
RS2 clients portfolios. Collaborating closely with top management, I provide comprehensive
reports on the team's progress and ensure the team remains positive, motivated, and
productive. My leadership style involves addressing challenges head-on, fostering a
problem-solving culture, and consistently guiding the team toward success.

As a Senior Business Analyst, I held the responsibility of formulating and overseeing the
client delivery plan for a portfolio of RS2 clients, collaborating closely with the Support Team
Manager. My focus was on ensuring the smooth execution of all change initiatives within the
established framework of RS2's Release Management process. This included configuration,
testing, delivery, and implementation of solutions to guarantee alignment with the initial
requirements. I consistently achieved the successful delivery of assigned tasks within specified
timelines and cost-effective parameters, emphasizing the prioritization of client requirements
and adherence to SLAs.

RS2 Software is a technology company that provides payment processing solutions. The company provides software and managed services for customer processing

My Responsibilities
· Assist in managing client delivery and release schedules for projects.
· Plan and manage the RS2 system functional and regression testing schedule for assigned changes.
· Document new functionality and enhancements introduced to the software systems developed
· Participate in knowledge transfer activities from Change Management and Project Definition teams as part of the requirements analysis.
· Review client requirements analysis and High Level Test Cases.
· Identify any flaws in the gap analysis and revert back to Change Management.
· Act as a central point of contact (via e-mail, teleconferencing and on-site workshops).
· Configure the software systems developed.
· Document all test results in accordance with agreed standards
· Deliver release to clients and provide support during implementation.

My job role is a combination of business analysis and project implementation. These roles are completing each other in order to complete the project milestones.

Responsibilities:

- ERP (Financial and Inventory Modules).
- Gathering clients and sites requirements in order to document, customize and make it applicable and configurable on the solution that we provide.
- Analyze the business process of the site and find better ways and reduce its steps (if possible) in order to make it easier and faster for completing the patient treatment journey at the hospital as fast as possible (financially wise).
- Identify and follow up each team member’s tasks.
- Implementing HIS System for Inpatient and Outpatient Clinics.
- Document Management:
o User Manual Preparation.
o Project Scope of work.
o Official Documents.
o Statistical Reports based on PM requirements.
- Report the issues and bugs that appear during the implementation to the responsible team and testing it on a test environment once it’s solved.
- Reporting Directly to Project Manager in terms of tasks statuses, issues, work challenges and suggestions.
- Conduct Training Sessions for Ministry Of Health and Hospital Employees.

● Develop and execute business and marketing plans for assigned territory through lead identification and qualification, cold calling, creating and developing proposals and pricing models, presentations, closing sales, and conducting business reviews
● Prospect and obtain customers to achieve target sales growth
● Recognize sales opportunities and implement sales strategies by identifying prospects and researching sales options, developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions
