Oversee all functions of HR (Talent acquisition, Training & Development, Compensation & benefits,
Performance management and succession planning).
Collaborate with other departments on SOPs, set clear KPIs for each role, and create the matrix of authorities.
Develop and analyze job descriptions to get the core competencies of each role.
Develop the HR structure to improve the workflow as well as the hierarchy level.

administration management, HR operations, organizational chart and development, authorities & matrix, HR
budgeting, employee relations, job descriptions & evaluations, and HR Strategies.

Developed and implemented the Human Resources strategy in line with the company’s business plans.
Devised and implemented plans aiming in the building and enhancement of the HR brand.
Developed the annual manpower, recruitment, learning, and other related budgets.
Developed and implemented the policies & procedures according to Qatari labor law and business activities.
Implemented the Annual Performance Appraisal Calendar across the organisation. Trained, guided, and
assisted the Heads of Departments in conducting objective performance appraisals.
Led the recruitment process ensuring quality candidates were sourced in a timely manner and within budget
boundaries.
Conducted market research and analysis on remuneration rates and benefits to determine the company’s
ranking in the market.
Ensured accurate allocation of benefits and timely payroll closing.
