* Direct report to the Operations Manager.
* Managing, auditing & reporting all the financial transactions collected through Aramex company.
* Developing action plans in line with the Business Development Unit strategy.
* Coordinating with BDU to maintain membership processes, ensuring efficient implementation & customer satisfaction.
* Planning & overseeing new marketing initiatives, * building relationships with current & potential members.
* Analyzing & reviewing data on the system for errors, correct any incompatibilities & check outputs.
* Researching and developing programs for youth.
* Planning, implementing and supervising activities for youth.
* Promoting youth programs and maintain contacts with local, regional and territorial organizations for youth.
* Planning, preparing and writing purchase request forms and budget forms in cooperation with the Procurement Dep.
* Writing daily, weekly and monthly field follow-up reports.
* Guiding youth on their personal development, educational and career path and encouraging youth to take responsibility for themselves.
* Promoting Community Service and Integration.
* Coordinating and implementing youth activity programmes.
* Monitoring and evaluating each SOS youth’s long life term progress based on their development strategies by following-up directly with the youth after their graduation from the SOS youth houses.
* Collecting health, psychological and social information about the client.
* Conducting case assessment through individual interviews with subjects.
* Reporting to the direct administrator.
* Building and implementing the intervention plan for treatment of addiction and rehabilitation.
* Monitoring and Evaluating programs.
* Training for youth and adolescents; Jordanian citizens and Syrian refugees.
* Assessing the needs of youth in local communities.
* Implementing trainings aimed at providing youth with life skills and building their capacities.
* Designing and implementing youth initiatives.
* Monitoring teams' performance and evaluating the outcome of initiatives.
Core Courses: Crises and Disasters Management, Social Planning and Social Policy, Social Statistics, Social Organizations Management, Evaluation of Social Projects, Research Methods in Social Work, Community Problems, Human Development, Medical Social Work, Social Legislations, Political Science Social Work with: (Individuals, Groups, Woman, Family, Elderly, Students, Childhood, and Juveniles). In addition to field training and is divided into three semesters, the total Field training period is 750 practical hours in the field
