1.Traninig child and youth (Jordanian .Syrian .Iraqi….ect)
2.assist and support focal point
3.provide reports (Daly .weekly and monthly)

1. overseeing administrative matters and coordinating supervisors within the outreach Center.
2. provide IYF with periodic reports (weekly, monthly) on the progress of work according to the IYF templets.
3. solving the problems faced by supervisors and social workers in field.
4. The Planning of outreach activities at the Zarqa City level
5.Responsible for conducting the final exit visit after 6 months to targeted households in his area (the social workers he is responsible for)
6.Hold the responsibility of first tier verification and quality check of outreach social workers deliverables including the case management data collection, case management documentation, field visits and referral process to ensure the satisfaction of targeted beneficiaries and partners
7.Responsible for accessing and updating the case management and KPIs data collected into the database system and extracting the related reports to assess performance and general trends

8. assist and support the governorate coordinator to follow the progress of work and results achieved within the area assigned to her/him (the field survey, follow-up visits, referral services).
9. In addition to his duties and tasks as a supervisor with a team of social workers .
