-Verify payment documents and ensure that the supporting documents are adequately enclosed and ensuring that all payments comply with management policies and procedures and that all supporting documents are present and approved by the relevant authorities and properly filed.
-Timely tracking for all payment vouchers and reviewing of bank accounts to ensure that they are being properly settled within the reasonable time frame to ensure a proper managing of cash-flow and bank accounts replenishment.
-Reviewing Petty Cash transactions and verifying the supporting documents before posting them into the GL and before processing the disbursement of the petty cash.
