Branch in Charge Trainee responsibilities:
1- Forecast daily currency requirements, offload excess currency position to head office, other
branches, other exchange houses booking maximum profit avoiding unnecessary fund blockage.
2-Monitor daily ongoing market currency rate and decide the buying & selling rate for each currency to
attract new customers, retain existing customers ensuring maximum profitability for the company
safeguarding customer service intact.
3-Monitor rate on the website or available online tool and forecast rate to avoid possible losses and
ensure maximum profit.
4-Formulate business strategy according to the market conditions, market changes or available
market information.
5-Respect AML rules, policy and procedures of the company whenever applicable.
6-Taking the Cash and the Currencies from all staff Day by day.

8-Manage the branch in a transparent manner, especially with the staff.
Foreign Currency Cashier responsibilities:
1-Buying and selling foreign currencies from walk in customers.
2-Support record keeping staff by supporting documents and bills for each transaction.
3-Attend telephone calls and give currency rate information as required by the Customers & Identify and seize potential customers or business.
4-Provide adequate and necessary information whenever required to head office and administration office.
5-Collect all supporting documents (master document for remittance, copies for Ids) and arrange for keeping them in files as per the uniform filling system of the company.
6-Respect office guidelines of the company and always keep the counter, drawers and workplace neat and clean.
7-Attend all telephone calls within three rings and give currency rate, information as required by the callers.
8-Convey his or her training needs to branch manager ant attend training programs organized by HR department.
