- Conducting training need analysis all over the company functions,
- Monitoring and supporting the completion of the Training calendar delivered by other departments,

Producing educational video for the staff and share it via WhatsApp groups,

Using my very good English skills and experience by working with the brand on translating the training material from English to Arabic, reviewing the previous ones to enhance the quality too.
Wrote L&D polices and producers, designed the L&D process flow chart,
Work with Senior Managers, HR and staff to identify the learning needs within the business,
Coordinate with the suppliers to deliver the Technical training to the team,
Design and Delivery of Training/Non-training interventions,
Create and execute learning strategies and programs
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
Implementation of new contracts,
Work with Managers, HR and staff to systematically identify the Training needs within the business to improve performance and meet the governor's minimum standards,
Design and Delivery of Training/Non-training interventions,
Conduct skills based assessments for staff as part of training and professional development,
Work with staff to make effective use of the training concepts and materials,
Make improvements to training content based on evaluation feedback,
Evaluation, Reporting and Administration, - proven record of continuous improvement in staff performance -
Work with HR to identify new roles and their requirements ensuring that training designed reflects competency frameworks,
Liaise with managers/high performers to evaluate on a regular basis the factors that are driving performance on a national and regional level,
Undertake independent projects related the staff development as agreed with the Learning and Development Manager as well as Senior Managers,
Build and manage relationships with staff and managers.

Managing all the training activities,
Setting the targets for the department,
Finding the training needs and cover it,

Modifying and fine-tuning the training material,
Conducting training workshops for both Central and Eastern Region to develop sales techniques and
communication skills, customer awareness, Supervisory skills,
Building customer base of trust and satisfaction to increase sales,
Do random field visits to follow up and coach the sales team,
Assist in coordinating the training workshop as well ex: (Attendance sheets, table-tents, lunch
break…),
Conducting train the trainer program (TTT) for the shop supervisors, new trainers,
