• I had worked in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Saudi Contracting Company (SALCO)
as a Civil Engineer (Site Engineer) since 03/10/2009 up to 01/04/2016 and my Works were:
1- Working in Main Centrifugal Pipe Line Project between Pumping Station to Treatment Station in Tabuk
as a site engineer from 03\10\2009 to 08\01\2011. (Project cost was 51 Million Saudi Riyal).
- The Consultants of the project were Saudi Consolidated Engineering Company (Khatib & Alami).
- My Main Jobs in this Project Were:
A. Quantity Surveying for GRP Pipes Delivered & Inspected, Concrete Works, Excavation & Backfilling.
B. Doing the Invoices for the Client & Subcontractors.
C. Doing the Surveying Sheets, Reviewing them then sending them to the Surveyor after getting them approved.
D. Studying and Doing the Bar Bending Schedules and Shop Drawings to get the approval for them.
E. Setting up & Submitting the Reinforced Concrete Rooms for the Pipe Line (Washing, Valves & Air Rooms) from the Excavation Stage up to Backfilling Stage.
F. Supervision on the Pipe Installation & Backfilling and all the Reinforced Concrete Rooms within the pipe line in all the Project to get the best Quality for the work.
2- Working in Steel-Concrete Pedestrians Bridges Project (Composite Structure) in Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah as a Project Manager from 09\01\2011 to 06\01\2014.
(Project cost was about 25 Million Saudi Riyal).
- The Consultant of the project was Abdulrahman Al-Naim Office.
- My Jobs in this Project Were:
A. Studying & Submitting the Architectural, Structural Plans, Bar Bending Schedules and Shop Drawings which they had been reviewed then approved by Zuhair Fayez Partnership Consultants at the Studying Department in Al-Madina Al Munawarah Ministry.
B. Quantity Survey for all the Project Materials.
C. Doing the Invoices for the Client & Subcontractors.
D. Quality Control on all the Project Activities from the Excavation Stage, Concrete Works, Erection & Setting up the Steel Skeleton of the Bridge then finishing stage as a final process before Delivering the Bridge to the Consultant & Client.
E. Preparing the Surveying Sheets (Levels & Coordinates) to the Surveyor.
F. Doing a Modified Bill of Quantity Schedule for all the project which included modified & new items.
3- Working in Construction of SAUT Schools for Down Syndrome with SAUT SOCIETY FOR DOWN SYNDROME in Riyadh as a Site Engineer from 07\01\2014 to 05\04\2015.
(Project Cost was 53 Million Saudi Riyal).
- The Consultants of the project were Arabian Consulting Engineers Center ACEC, ACE Intl. & SIMAL.
- My Main Jobs in this Project Were:
A. Studying & Submitting the Structural Shop Drawings to the consultant.
B. Quantity Survey for the Construction Materials in the Project.
C. Doing the Invoices for the Subcontractors.
D. Making Quality Control on the Activities done on the Site like Steel Reinforcement, Shuttering, Form Works, Plastering, Block Works, Paintings, Excavation & Backfilling.
4- Working in the Agricultural Projects of SALCO as a Structural Site Engineer from 06\04\2015 to 01\04\2016, and my job was Supervision on Construction of nine Irrigation & Water Tanks in many areas of Riyadh Region, the Capacities of the tanks were 1500 m3, 1000 m3 & 750 m3.
- The Consultant of the Project was Modern Center Consulting Engineers.
- My Main Jobs in this Project Were :
A. Studying & Submitting the Structural Drawings of the different tanks.
B. Quantities Survey for the Materials used in the tank constructions.
C. Doing Quality Control on the Activities done on the Site from the Tank Excavation Stage up to Isolation & Finishing Stage.
BSc Certificate in Civil Engineering (Structures) , June 2009. (GPA is Good 71.1%). •Graduation Project consists of two parts: 1- Residential Unit (Multi Stories Building) Designed by Ultimate Strength Design Method using ACI 318-2005, Hand Calculations, STAAD Pro 2003 and Prokon. (Its overall area was about 3000 m2). 2- Water Tank (On the Ground Case), Designed by Working Stress Design Method. (Its capacity was 1000 m3). -The Evaluation of the Graduation Project was Excellent. Its mark was 90%.
