I'm leading the planning and implementation of large-scale E-Government applications for the Kuwait Government (Civil Service Commission). Working with leaders, specialists, consultants, and SMEs to identify requirements, develop budgets, and organize the project from initial planning and development to implementation and maintenance.

- Work with the project sponsor to understand the objectives and business benefits targeted by the project, contribute to preparing a business case setting out the return on investment, and prepare the project documents as needed.
- Contribute to developing Service Level Agreements (SLA) and negotiating.
- Define roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities within the project.
- Providing leadership to the project team and working with seniors (PMO, POs and APOs) responsible for the business to maximize benefits and meet the stakeholder expectations.
- Communicating complex messages and issues clearly and credibly, using a mix of communication methods to promote shared understanding across diverse audiences, using persuasive logic to win support or change views, and delivering difficult/unpopular messages with clarity and diplomacy.
- Managing follow-up activity to monitor and minimize the impact of risk, assessing and prioritizing probability/adverse impact or maximizing the realization of opportunity.
