- Manage the SG business and ensure business growth and development with existing and new customers.
- Manage the local SG business of KSA, and export business of SG in Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain.
- Ensure that all reports related to SG are provided on time.
- Support SG team in all commercial and operational subjects in order to ensure smooth business continuity.
- Work closely with the SG Facility Manager and Product Manager on raw material availability and sourcing.
- Closely monitor and follow up assets rotation and customer loan requests.
- Follow up on the collection process and intervene in solving any problems related to collection when needed.
- Work on the SG team career path and development plan.
Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of top tier client accounts
with responsibility for retention and growth
● Responsible for handling key accounts within different sectors (O&G, Refineries,
Petrochemicals, Power and Energy) within the Eastern Region & Kuwait this includes
catering the day to day inquires and ensure customer satisfaction is met
● Manage multiple key accounts (SATORP, SASREF, S-Chem, SADARA, TASNEE,
Maaden, .. etc), and develop positive working relationships with all customer
touch point s
● Ensure clients derive maximum value from our products & services
● Prepare implementation plans and lead client on-boarding
● Explore new business opportunities with existing customers as well as greenfield projects
to achieve the company KPI and pre defined sales target
● Ensure weekly and monthly reporting is submitted to the high management explaining the
market trends, competitions analysis, sales strategy and tactics to boost the company image
and turnover, and present content strategy and annual plan
● Attend and investigate customer complaints by interacting with internal departments to
ensure the full coherence to QMS requirements
● Partner with internal cross-functional teams (Technical, finance, logistic, procurement,
production, etc) to meet and exceed customer expectations
● Work closely with clients to identify needs including content approval workflows and
consult on best practices for solutions and setup
