Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate under the direction of the Lead Planner-Scheduler.
1. Prepare detailed baseline of 5000 activities for all the works on site using Critical Path Method
2. Design detailed “Progress Monitoring System” based on Labor units for progress reporting summaries (Level 3, WBS, Level 1, Executive summary)
3. Weekly update of cost and labor units loaded baseline on Primavera P6 version 8.3.
4. Prepare KPI’s using “Earned value” methodology.
5. Prepare S-curves and histograms for progress, Earned value and cash inflow.
6. Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports including Schedule updates, earned value analysis of both cost and labor.
7. Prepare and update cash inflow consistent with all the contractual requirements of mobilization advance, retention money and other provisions.
8. Prepare and update resource histograms for Manpower and Machinery and prepare histograms
9. Perform float path analysis and “out of sequence’ analysis on updated schedule.
10. Perform “Fuse analysis” on updated schedule.
11. Prepare and update “Risk register” for probability and for impacts on cost, schedule and quality of identified Risks and issues
12. Use High risks to perform risk analysis in Primavera Risk analysis software.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To develop detailed resource (manpower, machinery, material and cost) loaded Project baseline plan using Critical path method technique.
To define project needs for cost control in accordance with established requirements, objectives, and procedures of the company and to provide input to the Project Controls Plan and cost resource requirements for the project.
To develop interfaces with accounting, procurement, engineering and other groups where necessary for the implementation of common cost coding and work breakdown structure across the project.
To develop detailed manpower and equipment mobilization plans and resource histograms.
To assists the estimation and planning team in developing unit job-hour and pricing data for a specific discipline or other specialty. Performs data analysis, identifies problems, and makes recommendations.
Establishes productivity basis to be utilized in estimates as developed with concurrence of Construction.
To prepare schedule trend estimates in support of project cost trend programs.
Responsible for total integration of schedule activities.
To provides supervision and assistance to planners in the development and integration of individual schedules into the total project plan.
To create and implements measurement systems for given processes, analyzes performance metric trends, and identifies improvements.
To develop major quantities histograms and Project man-hour and cost S-curves.
To apply earned value management techniques for project monitoring and control from budgeted, actual and earned man-hours and cost.
To prepare and analyzes comparisons of scope, quantities, and cost data against budgets.

Give presentations and reports in different formats to client, consultant and company management.
Monitor and control project schedule using “earned value management” EVM methodology.
Prepare project forecasts of schedule and budget if there is variation from project threshold.
Prepare project monthly and weekly reports for schedule, material, progress, Ipc’s and budget.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
To prepares the job schedule, manpower schedule in coordination with Construction, Procurement, Engineering and relevant subcontractors.
To maintain copies of the approved (contractual) Project Schedule signed by the client/consultant.
Maintains and updates the job schedule, manpower schedule and progress report in coordination with Construction, Procurement, Engineering, and relevant subcontractors.
Revises project schedule in light of variation orders in coordination with Management and Operations, and asses the overall impact adjustments and the need for time extension, if any.
To Coordinates with construction for the timely issuance of due invoices
Responsible for updating and maintaining the Amana Invoicing module
Prepares progress report as needed by the management and/or clients/consultants (e.g. Look Ahead Schedule, Recovery Program.)
Attend site coordination meetings as needed.
Visits sites as needed to monitor actual progress vs. planned
Contributes to the Planning section of the End of Job Report incorporating differences between forecasted and actual manpower requirements.
Analyses Critical Path Method (CPM) floats, accelerated plans and crash analysis.
Prepares Work Breakdown Schedule (WBS) statement of works.
Supports Project Manager in developing revised plans.
