Maintain Petty Cash, Fund management of Cochin branch
Reconciliation of both creditors and debtors, Monthly reco of Ports,

Professional Tax calculation,
Administration works such as:
Provide good working environment for other employees as per their needs and other works as per situations,
HR works such as :
Daily attendance report preparation, Works related to employees professional tax& employess welfare fund, Full and final settlement works of employees etc.
* Maintenance of Day Book and ledgers
* Compile and analyze financial information’s and documents to prepare books of accounts and its finalization
* Preparation of monthly MIS report
* Maintain Petty Cash and accurately record cash transactions
* Prepare Income Statement and Balance Sheet
* Payroll preparation and Accounting
* Preparation of Purchase and Sales registers. Monitoring Payables and Receivables; produce monthly statement of accounts.
* E-Filing and Sales tax
* Reconciliation of banks, creditors, debtors
* Hr and Administration works
