 Troubleshooting software related problems via Remote Desktop Connections.
 Performing online computer support by Removal Of computer virus and spyware.
 Computer optimization, Windows Registry repair, device driver issues, Web-related issues, Windows security updates & Antivirus Definitions updates.

Design and Deployment:

1. Design and deploy TCP/IP Network
2. Deploy AT&T standard cabling.
3. Provide Interconnectivity between Similar & dissimilar devices.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

 Second-line of contact for customer for all communication relating to Network Communications and Network Security issues.
 Establish and maintain solid relations with Customer facilitating needed resources.

 Keep up to date all the software with the latest patches and releases ensuring that the suitable licenses and third parties support contracts and guarantees are in place according to business needs.
 Communicate proactively with global peers within the Organization network operations centre and across other departments Like Telecom Company And Internet Service Providers, to solve the more challenging escalated problems as well as change implementations from the simple, to the more complex.
 Handle support tickets Using BMC Remedy Application effectively and promptly until resolution while keeping customers informed regularly.
 Complete all assigned tasks and reports in a timely and efficient manner.
 Work with Operations, Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Procurement Departments and external suppliers as necessary.
 Ensure personal development and certification target according to department needs and business growth.
 Perform after-hours maintenance and upgrades as required.
 Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
 Mentor and provide guidance to Junior Team Members.
 Perform Other duties as assigned by Management.
 Travelling As Per The Issues Or The Assigned Task .
