QHSE Senior Engineer
Sidi Krir Power plant 3&4 a 680 MW natural gas-fire power complex(EDRA Power Holdings SdnBhd).

- Make safety site wake down& record any NCR or Near Miss to find corrective action.
- Review ISO 9001& 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and make sure that the system comply with standards and responsible for transition ISO 9001&ISO1400 to 2015 new standards
- Cooperate with EHS Manager to conduct periodically internal audit.
- Develop and distribute monthly HSE reports, presentations and HSE topic that provide employees with workplace injury statistics, new initiatives and system changes.
- Review Hot & Confined Space PTW and make auditing on all PTW.
- Make sure that all HSE procedure implemented properly in the plant.
- Conduct HSE training plan (internal or external) for all employee to raise their awareness.
- Provide all legal requirements to be legal comply.
- Focus on environmental laws and requirement regulations to comply with EEAA requirements.
- Cooperation with HSE Manager to conduct annual budged, HSE annual plan and objective& target.
- Responsible for any incident investigation to provide root cause analysis and action plan.
- Supervision on the security performance and conduct their plan.
- Follow up all site activities and inspect maintenance tools.
- Inspection to all firefighting system (automatic system & manual system).
-Conduct training schedule to increase employee HSE awareness.(First Aid, PPE, Manual Handling, Electrical Hazard, Work at Height, Lockout/Tagout, Ergonomic Safety)
-Responsible on investigation for incident & accident.
-Record work permit (Cold, Hot & Confined space).
-Follow up the ISO requirement documentation.
-Record Near Miss and follow up the corrective action.
-Measurements to all Environmental situation of the Station (Noise, Vibration, Light, Dust, Vapors... etc.).
-Weekly report to QHSE manager.
Responsible on the safety in the sites.
Make daily meeting with the stuff to review the job planning.
Check the employees PPE, check the Fire Extinguishers and check the Safety showers.
Make sure from all scaffolds in the standard situations and conditions.
Make Risk Assessment in the hot works, Toolbox Talk meeting (TBT) and Report for Near miss .
Responsible on the Work Permit .
Trainer for some programs like hazards of Fall Protection, personal protective equipment and scaffolds. Also I have to inspect equipment, environments and buildings to identify areas that can potentially cause health and safety hazards. I stay abreast of new laws and regulations regarding health and safety, and make the appropriate changes for their employer. I also investigate accidents and injuries, then recommend improvements to safety policies and programs.
Responsible on all of my area (Safety, samples, maintenance and automatic control system) and make co-operation with other teams to work as one team to get best production and make sequence process . Responsible on all the plant by the automatic control system in the control room to make perfect chemical process and perfect production according to the technical support department measurement and according to the best procedure . Always make the safety first to avoid any hazard to work in a safe plant to get the best and safe production .And now I am act as team leader which the connect between the foreign supervisor and the operators and must take the right decision in the right time.
