• Responsible for the inspection of food establishments: restaurants, cafeterias, supermarkets and hypermarkets ensuring total practice of hygiene is implemented.
• Assumes the responsibility of the Manager from his duties and responsibilities during his absence and in his behalf takes care of the decision making should there be a need to.
• Monitors and adheres to the Food Control Law to be strictly followed within its standard and procedures.
Inspection of the High and Medium and low risk food establishments same as Food Factories, Restaurants and Food Markets and warehouses & To ensure the application of the laws and regulations issued by ADFCA for food safety in food establishments.
Nature of Work: Handling the production demands (quantity organization) as the sales requirements, handling the production raw materials requirements and reporting to the stores, Coordinate between the company and the Municipality for arranging municipality samples and contact to the municipality for any reports and any complaint, daily reporting to the production manager, handling the work as the ISO and HACCP procedures.
Responsible for physical, chemical and microbiological analysis for water, raw materials, products \{milk, yoghurt, juices, yoghurt drinks (milco), purified drinking water (oasis)\}, fresh milk (almarai), (lacnor) juice, chemical analysis of plant chemicals (CIP chemicals), haccp monitoring, iso auditing, research and development. Troubleshooting and problem solving
