- Leads the ITS Department, defines the IT Strategy and Roadmaps according to company plan.
- Participates in the business strategy development, bringing business opportunities through technology and business knowledge.
- Accountable to deliver the IT Portfolio and Projects on time, on quality and on budget meeting the regulatory, the quality, and the customer requirements.
- Establishes and maintains current the necessary IT methodology, processes, policies, standards, and guidance.
- Accountable to implement and deliver the IT related Corrective Actions/Preventive Actions (CAPA) resulting from internal or external audits and inspections.
Leads the ITS Department, defines the IT Strategy and Roadmaps according to company plan.
Participates in the business strategy development.
Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project.
Interview and select staff and/or volunteers with appropriate skills for the project activities.
Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
Manage Microsoft department, my mission consists to supervise project during the following phases:
Phase Pre-project:
- Collaborate with the MOA on collaborative solutions
- Analyzing, collecting and auditing the client needs
- Expertise around Microsoft technologies
- Prepare the functional and technical specifications.
- Planning projects
Phase In-Project:
- Ensure the execution of the technical project management
- Approve and follow the architecture and engineering design projects
- Support in Advanced Features of technical modules
- Control the quality of deliverables
- Verify the packages and delivery
Phase Post-Project:
- Support on Microsoft solutions
- Monitoring and maintaining deployed solution
Transverse component:
- Participate in the sales and marketing process (Collection of needs, preparation of technical offers, ...)
Responsible for systems architecture, technical implementation, the execution of development processes and adherence to coding standards and best practice guidelines. Main responsibilities:
- Analyze and design technical solutions together with a team
Ensure that the cross functional team builds releasable user stories
- Make sure the team members follows current best practices and development processes such as coding standards, automated testing and code reviews
- Coach and mentor the other members in team, especially when it comes to technology
- Ensure that the team follows the agile processes and contribute to the improvement of these processes
- Managing a team of designers and developers who develop the website using PHP, JSP, Informix, JavaScript and HTML
- Conduct the design, execution of development, maintenance and update of the company’s websites and its update
- Development and integration of back-office and front-office programs
- Administration of multi-server Platform
- Understand requirements, implement designs, and provide administration tools and documentation for specific projects
