MANAGER OF TRAINING AND DEVELOPPEMENT HR:
I prepar the the budget of the Hr fonction : I identifie all the needs in HR
I am the responsabal of the élaboration of the annual training plan, I choose the cabinet of training, the trainer and I manager the budget of training
I am also responsabal of the recruitement ( I use the Vienna System)
New projet in Hr are also my responsability ( now I lead a projet of career developpement of the manager of the Group)
I was charged off all HR aspect : recruitement : I identifie needs and in collaboration of the needer we recruit and I have to use all the advanteges that our country put to our use
;I am also responsabal of putting in use the plan of training after having collected the départements needs
Also, I deal with the repporttting to the GD, the discipline and the administration taches
