• Plan and design the work schedule (site supervision and site handover) in order to meet target dates.
• Direct the MEP work groups and sub-contractors, and coordinates all their installation activities on site.
• Coordinate with the Client’s Site Representative(s) to ensure an efficient roll-out of the sites’ work.

Worked as project management officer (PMO) liaising all ABE Building Management System (BMS) projects, providing support, control and direct management as required.
Implement an automation system to a Mega project (Housing Bank for Trade and Finance - New Headquarter Project), with a total value of (1, 000, 000 USD), to control and monitor HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, access control and all other critical systems.
• Review of sequence of operation, and accordingly prepare a point list, electrical workshop drawings and equipment schedules.
• Co-ordination and follow-ups of inspections with Consultants for obtaining approvals for works executed as per approved drawings and method statements.
• Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Building Management System (Field devices, DDC’s and Central Control BMS Room).
• Installation of all the related controllers to the HVAC of the building, including Chillers, Heat Exchangers, chilled water pumps (VFD control), AHU, FCU and Fans.
• Installation of all the related controllers to the Fire pumps, Cold water Transfer pumps, Foul water and Sump pumps and Level control of fire and domestic tanks.
• Integration to Fire alarm System, CCTV and Access Control system.
• Supervision and monitoring of progress of works while execution and ensure quality as per standards.
• Allocation of required manpower and materials at regular intervals to achieve set targets.
• Co-ordination with Main Contractor, Consultants & Clients representative for Onsite and Offsite Materials inspection and taking approvals for Payment.
•Reviewing and verifying the designed Electrical systems “ MV & LV”
•Reviewing the MEP shop drawings and identifying conflicts and problems.
•Reviewing and studying the material submittals up to approval stage.

•Monitoring the work of any subcontractors to complete the work as per customer's satisfaction.
•Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensure that regulations are adhered to.
•Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.
•Oversee the selection and requisition of materials for use in the construction / maintenance, to check whether the materials are as specified.
•Supervise and ensure proper maintenance of materials and to advise on technology and modifications required for a simpler and cost saving mechanism.
•Prepare necessary paperwork for the completion of work and get it authorized by the client after their inspection.
•Develop a relationship with the Project Manager and prepare periodical reports on the progress of work.
