Duties:
• Applying effective project management procedure from initiation to closing.
• Improving the communication plan during the project life cycle.
• Following up on the project schedule by regular meetings inside the project.
• To be attention and doing a quick response to solve the problems happen due to delaying payments or delaying construction activities
• Improving the budget controlling by continuously searching for tools to doing the construction tasks by best quality and lower cost
• Raise up the red flag if there is any deviation from the budget or time schedule or quality during the project.

Duties:
• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review the work progress on monthly basis.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
Projects:
• Different accommodation buildings in Dubai city.
Duties :
• Coordinate between the owner and contractor in any technical or financial issue.
• Checking payments certificate for the contractor.
• Quality controller for all the material used in the project.
• Supervise construction work such as check reinforcement, casting concrete, water proofing work…etc.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports to owner and consultant project manager showing the working process and financial situation of the project.
• Working as a team coordinate between departments in UKCC (Structure, Sanitary, Architecture, HVAC, Financial departments)

Duties :
• Follow up casting of different type of reinforced concrete structure
• Preparing reinforcing details for beams, columns, slabs and retaining walls.
• Follow up of finishing work (Ceiling, Partitions, Painting, and Tile work….etc.)
• Follow up pumping and electrical work inside the project
• Preparation of payments, bill of quantities and project schedule
• Check the qualities of materials delivered to construction site and properly stored.
• Reviews and checks engineering drawings, plans and reports for the completeness and accuracy.
• Monitoring the performance of subcontractors and labors.
• Observed site safety procedures.
• Supervising and counseling junior or trainee engineers.
